United Kingdom | 05 November 2024Scam at exit point, beware I called the service as requested after picking up my bag at 10:42am and it took me seventeen minutes to get to the car park. When I exchanged my slip for the keys, I noticed the attendant struggled to pay the ticket, but I dismissed it, believing everything was fine. On getting to the barrier and inserting the ticket, I was requested to pay the parking cost of £7.50, which I found odd. I called the barrier assistant and was told that your staff's payment was declined, and I will be required to pay it. I called your office and explained the situation but was told the ticket had been paid, and the extra was because I had exceeded the 20 minutes, to which I disagreed. It took me about 10mins to try to resolve this with their office and the parking attendance at T2 before I finally paid the £7.50. And this process took about 28mins from when the vehicle entered the car park(I provided evidence from the ticket) to when I made the payment. O lodged a complaint on the 18th Oct and I have not received a response even after speaking with Fahad on the 30th Oct (booking department.) How long does it take to investigate a problem when all the evidence is provided?

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024Used Maple parking in October 24 @ Birmingham Airport, have used many meet & greet airport parking prior to this, sadly will not use Maple again. Customer service were very quick to reply to my concerns (thank you), sadly not the outcome I would have expected. Good points: on arrival, easily accessible, very quick service, near to departures, staff were friendly, went over my car with camera phone on arrival Not so good on the return: Arrived at car park 2100, waited a short while for my car to arrive, extreme weather conditions, driving rain, car park unlit, no cover from the rain & situated underneath the monorail. (lone female & 2 small children in tow). I was not asked to check my car over prior to leaving by the staff, no camera checks were performed by staff, I discovered considerable damage to my alloy when home & all the settings had been changed on my car MMI system. I contacted the company to inform of this, sadly they were unable to resolve the issue as stated in terms & conditions to check your vehicle before leaving the car park. This is fine, in normal acceptable weather conditions & suitable parking environment. Maple parking were unable to answer my queries: Why were my car settings changed? Why was I not asked to check my vehicle with the driver on collecting before leaving car park? How is one able to check their own vehicle over without adequate lighting and why no provisions are made for this? On arriving no faults, but sadly disappointed on the return. Lesson learnt, please read Terms & conditions and ask staff to go over your vehicle with uou on return.

United Kingdom | 05 November 2024When I collected my car it was used extra 12 miles. Although it was very near from the Heathrow airport, we had to wait for an hour to be collected from the airport. Every time we phoned they said bus just left, 3 buses left and traffic etc.

Stay well away You’ll see they replied saying I didn’t provide my key. Another lie, I returned an hour after dropping off and leaving my key as one of our party could not fly. They lied and lied to avoid paying any fair rebate. As stated, stay well away

The instructions were very clear and the carpark is literally 5 mins from the main terminal. The staff were very welcoming (even at 5am), friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this service and will be using it again when I travel.
