United Kingdom | 27 September 2024I arrived at the Birmingham Airport,collected the luggage and did as I was asked and called the number to collect my car.I was told that the traffic was heavy and to give them 30 minutes.I want happy about this,the weather was really bad and wanted to set of on my 2 hour journey home.After 30 minutes I went to collect my car only to find numbers of vehicle owners still waiting for their vehicle to arrive.The rain was pounding down and Women,children elderly folk standing out in the rain.I continued to ask for assistance to no avail.The staff had Umbrellas and rain coats,I was stood in shorts and t-shirt for 90 minutes,has was other vehicle owners.If they knew the traffic was bad why wasn't other arrangements made ?.Absolutely ridiculous.I won't be using this service again.

This is suppose to be a convenient valet service, but after 30 min stood in the rain and cold with no communication, it's clear this is a poorly run operation with zero customer service. If I had witnessed how cars were being treated beforehand I would never have booked. 5 staff bundled into a landrover that had just been dropped off, before wheelspinning off and redlining out if site. Reply to maple - why now is it please email when I have had no reply to 2 previous complains by email? And if staff don't use customer cars, why was passenger footwell dirty on return? The passengers in the landrover had maple hiviz on, so doubtful it was another service!!!! You have a answer to every complaint here but never take responsibility.

Short term is nearer, cheaper and you don’t have to wait 30 mins to hand your keys in when dropping off (nearly missed plane) and on collection, given experience of dropping off, called well in advance of collecting bags and still had to wait 20 mins when getting to the parking. All in all an hour wasted when I could have just crossed the road.

Pros: 5mins walk and comms very quick Cons: car came back dirty (sheep smell inside) and muddy which made me think they park the cars at a near by farm...and car back with a warning light and a nearly flat tyre, found nail on the left tyre. - the guys who actually pick up the car are not courteous whatsovever, raise any slight concern with them the answer is very deflective - please email customer service(then walk away (all of them did that)... I did raise my concerns with customer service and they were quick to compensate for cleaning the car mat, but the nail is still in the left tyre as I am writing this review. Overall: I think if you don't have a nice car and you don't care about your car then fine use this company...but if you love your car or are OCD then I suggest parking with Gatwick official for something more professional and courteous.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2024Very slick operation, car park is neat T5, a few minutes bus ride. The check in process was quick, the bus was waiting the drive us to T5. On return we only had to wait 5 minutes before a bus arrived to take us back to our car. Would definitely use again.

United Kingdom | 25 September 2024I usually find Maple Parking to be very good and reliable. I was returning early from my holiday and emailed them to advise of this. I received a response confirming this had been updated. When I returned my car wasn't ready for collection. I was advised "You contacted head office and they don't communicate this to us (at the Heathrow offsite car park)" I agree it didn't take long (15 minutes) to get my car but really should the response not be "sorry our process failed this time I will speak to someone at head office and get it sorted" If the process is broken fix it, don't shrug your shoulders and let the situation carry on.
