Good value price compared to other operators. Everything worked out ok. No issues or problems. Short shuttle bus journey to the terminal: about six minutes. Phone answered promptly. Key and car both instantly available on return.

Very disappointing service. Would have been quicker to get a bus to an off site carpark. Will never use again a complete waste of time. Advised the car would be 20 minutes from the time we called, it actually took 23 minutes. This is not a meet and greet service.
