I was pleased to be able to appoint an alternative executor (a good friend) in case the preferred executor (my wife) is unable or unwilling to act. My previous will just had the two of them as executors equally. I would have liked to be able to make a pecuniary legacy to my friend conditional on him acting as executor. However, I was limited to making it conditional on my wife predeceasing me, which is not the only possible reason for him acting. I hope my wife would pay my friend if he acts as executor while she is alive. I was perplexed to see a five page schedule following my two page will. The schedule specifies how my trustees could act if my will established a trust fund, but it does not do so. Executors are also known as trustees, which is confusing, but the schedule does not seem to apply to them.

I wanted mirror wills and I found the process straightforward. A couple of queries I submitted with my first draft were addressed in the review process. Compared with the inconvenience and cost of using a solicitor if your wishes are not complicated (in my case leaving everything to my wife and then equal split between four children on the second death) this service is very convenient and excellent value (particularly when I used a promotional offer).

From start to finish was impressed by the will writing service. Would recommend to family & friends. Thank you.

The format on line was easy to follow and concise. I did however find that initially the ability to indicate how my estate was distributed did not meet my requirements as it seemed there was only two options. However when I moved on having taken advice, I found exactly what I wanted a few questions further on. All in all very good and would recommend.

For a straightforward will this was easy to complete. Good response time when I queried something.

Although the process for completing on line is very simple the turnaround time for legal review took too long. Unfortunately my mother passed away before the POA could be signed and registered. So basically was never used

The service was fine although even at half price I think is is too expensive. Having completed the forms I have so far failed to get them certified as I have now discovered that our local GP practice as a matter of policy will not do this and a couple of solicitors I have approached will only do this if they have drafted the documents themselves. This means that at the moment I have wasted my money. My advice would be to check that you can get the forms certified before spending your money. p. s. Before posting the review above I had emailed Which? Wills asking for help and had just been advised that they could not certify the documents themselves and offered me the number for the Scottish Law Society. After reading the reply to this post, I contacted them again by telephone and can now report that they have given me a full refund. Full marks to Which? I have added back a star to the rating but would again emphasise that only if in Scotland you check that you can get the documents certified. The problem does not occur in England as the certification process is simpler.

Excellent, easy to use website; intuitive, doesn't require repeat information, details automatically transferred from one form to another. Cost effective

An excellent way to tidy up your affairs. You can express your views about your funeral music, readings etc. and give details of financial accounts, distribution of various items, even the charity shop that you would like your clothes to do to.

Due to our age and the current Covid situation, we decided it was about time we sorted out our wills. We registered for a mirror will as we both want the same outcome should something happen to one of us. It was so easy to fill in on line and we had it checked buy the Which legal people. I can't believe how easy and straightforward the process was. All we need to do now is write our letter of intent and we are finished!

My wife and I needed to sort out a Power of Attorney, both for ourselves, as we’re 65 and 66, and also for my wife’s Mum (90) who lives with us. Which Wills did a great job for us at a very reasonable price. We’re very happy with the results.

LPA on Which? website LPA on Which? website was straightforward and easy to access. I found it particularly useful as I have been isolating because of Covid 19 and going to a solicitor's office was not an option. Also the cost was very competitive compared to solicitors' fees. I have not had it checked by Which? solicitors yet. Madeleine Jaundoo

I paid for the POA service. I then realised it was just as easy to down load the forms from the govt website and they were very easy to complete. So essentially what you are paying for is someone to check you have completed the forms correctly and having paid money up front you are more motivated to get your finger out and do the paperwork. Therefore, there was some benefit but the service provided certainly wasn't worth full price. I paid half price and even that was expensive but at least I've done it now instead of still procrastinating.

Huge difficulty accessing the PoA forms after purchase - a simple link in the receipt was all it needed, rather than having to phone several phone numbers to find someone who could help. Writing our wills with Which? wills was a breeze - Power of Attorney documents difficult to access, and not nearly as user-friendly to complete.

Found the limited size of the split-screen very difficult to write on one and see the result of your actions on the other and also the screen that you fill out jumped to much making navigation hard

I found the small window at the bottom of the screen difficult to use as it only shows three lines of the form - it could be more user friendly. I did send an email to Which (ref:_00D0XslQI._5000X2Atx5W:ref) and on 6/7/2020 was promised a reply but none came. I don't know what terms to include in the POA and could have found examples very helpful. I would still like that assistance. I am glad I only paid for one LPOA package so my losses are limited if I don't manage to come up with a suitable document.
