Really very straightforward except with four LPA on the go, I had difficulty relating which feedback comments to which LPA. Feedback comments had reference numbers which I could not find on the individual LPAs when editing.

This was easy to get on to, had to ring a couple of times but was quickly solved. Would recommend this.

Simple to do with useful step by step guidance. Currently waiting to receive final version for signature so can't yet comment on complete process.

Very good and easy to use, but it wasn't clear that the fee was for the service only, and that the registration fee would be in addition to the price you pay to Which?

Our existing wills were written in the 1990 when our children were still under ten, so an update seemed to make sense. There was a nice discount available for mirror wills for married couples, which made it a bit of a no brainer. Self Service & Expert Legal Review was the obvious choice since we have no complicated assets, and each have very simple needs in terms of distributing the estate. The pages for filling in the will template were simple and straightforward will plenty of help available at each stage in the process if it was not immediately obvious from the forms what to do. Overall difficult to think how matters might have been improved. We'll be taking up some of the further services (storage and registering) in due course

Excellent experience with the Which? Guide. I was supported at each stage of completing both LPA (health & finance and reached a successful conclusion with the Office of the public Guardian isuing my LPA. Many thanks.

My experience with Which? Wills was a very positive one. I used the service for LPA's. It was easy enough to complete the forms, with lots of guidance points along the way. I also received some queries back to check before it was finalised. I thought it was a very reasonable price compared to solicitors prices.

Easy and straightforward good price. Bit of a commercial push to store wills. Expensive with only 1 year free. But surprised nothing about health or finance lasting power of attorney. Good if simple estate.

Which? Wills Letter of Wishes was really easy to use, along with helpline, made the task a pleasure. I used the self service option, which I would recommend. The only addition that would be helpful would be to have a ".doc" version so it could be edited as circumstances change in the future.

This was for a Lasting Power of Attorney, Financial. The Which?Wills legal team guided me through the form, reviewed it and made recommendations which I took up. The service had already been recommended to me by another Which?Wills user, which was helpful, too. Much cheaper than using a solicitor who would have charged me more than 3 times the price, so good value, as well. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service.

Making our mirror wills was straightforward and the fact that Which Legal checked them over before completion was excellent and has given us confidence. We still have to incorporate lasting power of attorney which we will do shortly

My experience is close to that of Taggy below. The system could not do what I wanted and at the moment I have a formal complaint in the system about the service and about the publicity for it. Specifically, it did not seem possible to leave a bequest to charity in a tax-efficient way, again despite what I took to be assurances beforehand. But watch this space as the problems may be resolved once my complaint has been handled and/or I've got my money back.

Excellent service and very easy to write two mirrors wills, have them checked and delivered. Used a local solicitor as a witness which was done free of charge.

very easy to use with easy to follow options. The legal review raised some points for me to consider and then after submitting got a bound copy through the post quickly. Would recommend for most people with straightforward. circumstances.

Read on website that it may not be suitable for us. Phoned and discussed. Was assured the warning was general and could safely be ignored. Paid and commenced. The system fell immediately as it put my dob in as 01011900 together with another anomaly. Couldn't see a way to change these defaults. Phoned helpline with that and the 2nd problem. Unhelpful. Only way to change it was to try ringing another number they said! As I only contracted under an hour before I claimed a refund and cancelled. Badly set up, the errors were not mine and life is too short.

Excellent Service from Which?Wills.We found the Which POA application very easy to follow and was most impressed when contacting them by phone with the response time and positive suggestions following submission of our documents.Cannot fault them in any way and are pleased to recommend the service. They're also very competitive as our solicitors wanted £1400 for all four documents!

I found the completion of my 'Power of Attorney' very straight forward with the internet help given by Which. It felt like you were holding my hand as we went along.. Much better than when I worked on a previous P of A some years ago when I had to complete all the pages myself.
