My wife and I completed the Which Will in November and found it very straightforward. It was also much more economical and convenient than going to a solicitor. We got some feedback within 2 weeks with a couple of helpful suggestions. However, the key benefit was knowing we had up to date and valid Wills. Our only issue now is to decide whether it is worth registering the Wills with Probate for £20 per Will.

As I live alone I wanted to create POAs for Health and Welfare and for Wealth. The initial process was easy and the response was as promised but there was no instruction on how to edit the documents after review. I sent an email with my instructions and the reviewers did it for me. Excellent service.

The question and answer format used in constructing the draft Will is very easy to use and the help sections alongside which question were very informative. The review of the draft Will by the legal team took a bit longer than expected but the emailed comments were instructive. Once I had submitted the final Will I received a bound copy within a couple of days. For the price paid it was very good value as I had simple instructions which did not need to be discussed at length with a solicitor.

I've always wanted to write my Will but, it seems a daunting process until I came across Which? it's so simple and you can do it in your own time, save the doc and return at your convenience. Which? even register my Will so I have peace of mind knowing that my estate is taken care of. Good value for money too.

I completed a mirror will at the beginning of November. After I had paid my £259.00 for the Premium service I subsequently found out that Which were offering a discount. I was disappointed that this information wasn't forthcoming at the time. I sent the will for review almost 3 weeks ago and have not had it returned despite their 7 to 14 day promise. I tried the chat line and as usual was given the run-around. I telephoned the help line, and after a long wait, didn't help at all. I am now left in limbo at entirely at the mercy of Which wills, who don't seem to have the resources to complete my request.

The process was quite straightforward, but I was a little disappointed that the legal review comments suggested 2 changes that were not available in the first draft. Naming of Substitute executors and provision for pets was not an option available in first draft and the legal review had to enable an editing option for me to add them. I would think that both those options would be required by the large majority of people and therefore should be recommended and available in first draft.

Wills made easy I preferred the on-line application form (though it was a bit tricky for me) as opposed to face to face at this time of the pandemic. I look forward to receiving the completed document for me to sign and tick off my to-do list.

I had been putting off making a will for sometime. I took the opportunity of going through Which? Wills. I did a Mirror Will with my Wife and it could not have been easier. When we received our completed Last Will and Testament, it came with concise and easy instructions on how to complete the process. Nice and easy to put what you want, and it's good to see the document emerging alongside. One problem. I called your Help Desk and asked that I could put in a percentage for each of my grandchildren (there are four at present) but I wanted it capped at 20%. That is, 5% for each now, but if another arrives only 4% and if two lots of triplets turn up only 2% each. I was told this was beyond the scope of the software and that your will checker people wouldn't take it on. Which is a pity. It'll cost me £285 + VAT to get a solicitor to sort that. Peter Reid

Used the Lasting Power of Attorney service, good value, simple enough to follow the process once you got used to the web based tool and good to have a trusted provider for such a need.

I needed a single unmarried will and as I don't have many assetts I just needed a basic will. I found this clear and easy to follow the instructions. I would recommend having the legal review will as even as mine was basic they did make some comments that I took on board and amended accordingly.
