The process and results were extremely good with value for money through the special offer. Form filling was exemplary with excellent help features. A minor confusion exists with the resubmit page after a review or edit as it seems to use the original submission page with the wrong wait period data but it did work. The feedback was good but, in our case, needed a deeper, more easily understood explanation when dealing with named beneficiaries.

Very time consuming with a very large amount of paperwork to read through and try to understand. I thought my requirements were fairly straightforward, but were not able to be accommodated so I ended up cancelling and using a local solicitor, which straightforward, much quicker and a similar cost. Eventually got a refund.

Applied for mirror wills for myself and my wife. The wills were very straight forward and the process provided by Which was very easy to follow and comply with. I paid for the wills to be legally checked and the response was received within the time forecast by Which and everything went smoothly and without any stress.

I found the whole process of writing 2 wills fairly straightforward. It took a while to get used to the layout and organisation of the notes and explanations. I did find one aspect annoying. My will had multiple beneficiaries and I had to go through them a couple of times to amend. After changing the details of a beneficiary I clicked on save and the document went back to the first beneficiary. It would have been less tedious if it had just moved to the next one. Also it was not clear what to do if you already had a second will in an EU country. Found the best result by try and error.

Found the process lengthy but comprehensive and relatively easy to follow. Documents came with great advice on how to proceed. Even had the offer for wills and LPAs been full price it would have been well worth it - took advantage of the 50% discount and feel it was a wise decision. Would definitely recommend the service

Without this service I would never have got around to doing my POAs. The instructions were clear and simple. Despite Covid I managed to get everyone to sign everything and they are going off to the OPG shortly.
