Our wills are fairly straightforward and it worked well. There were several alerts along the way which were good but it is very easy to tick the wrong box by mistake and not realise. It was only when I was flicking through to the signing page that I realised I had questioned my capacity and needed a doctor to sign (not my intention!!), but the help line were very good and helpful and sorted it out on the phone.

A very straight forward service that I felt was easy to follow and would work for a wide variety of requirements. I liked the back up of having a legal person review it and highlight potential issues. Definitely recommend

The Will is very narrow to what you can do.

Completing the questionnaire was straightforward. Initially I could not produce precise result I wanted but an email to the advisor quickly solved that. Legal review was timely and a question I included was answered. I slipped up by not then submitting for printing until prompted. This could have been clearer. Only after that second submission can you download and print a copy without 'Draft' across each page. I am very happy with the result and the special offer deal I had.

A wee bit of trouble at the start but if you take your time and just read the questions maybe more than once,it will be no trouble at all plus you can contact which wills to help you out at any stage.Do yourself a favour and sign up

Looks complicated when you first sign up because you instinctively go to the guidance notes which totally confuse. The writing process is actually a very simple questionnaire with the guidance notes in a split screen. Complete the questionair and it automatically produces a draft will. Couldn't be simpler

Have used the severance of joint tenancy and power of attorney services. Was straightforward with good explanations and the ability to submit for a legal review gives you the confidence that you are getting it right. Would recomnend

I was rewriting a will dated 1998 to bring it up to date and the process was extremely easy to follow. No problems or questions were raised, the process was very professionally overseen and the final bound copy well presented.
