United Kingdom | 12 February 2019Cheap, clearly explained at every stage, easy to use and you just know it will be right. Personally recommend keeping it simple providing you trust your attorneys totally. My solicitor wanted £500 plus VAT per document!

United Kingdom | 15 January 2019I found the Which Will service excellent service. I bought the mirror will and the form was straight forward and took me about 25minutes to complete. Overall the whole completion and the process was very well structured and easy to follow. Once completed the form was sent and reviewed by the legal Which Will team and an email was sent to me. The feedback was very professional and simple guidance was provided I.e minor amendment's etc. On the whole, I would highly recommend the Which Will and the best part is the price. Compared to other Wills services out there, the Which Will is affordable and you have a dedicated team who review and feedback to you. It's easy to print and simply store it away or you can request to keep it stored with Which Will team. Very efficient and A great service. Thank you to all "Which Will team" for the painless service and feedback. Kindest regards MANOJ SHARMA (Coventry) 14.1.2019

United Kingdom | 28 November 2018An excellent service. The process is structured, and, with the professional guidance and recommendations of the Which legal team, it is relatively 'painless' to complete.A great service.

United Kingdom | 30 October 2018Unlike some of the reviews, I can only say that I found the service very good. I was able to take advantage of a special half price offer. Admittedly, my will was straightforward but I found it very quick and simple. It only took me about 20 minutes online. I then submitted it for review. I was then emailed with a suggested amendment, to which I agreed. It was then only a matter of days before a good quality, properly bound will arrived with clear instructions on how to get it signed and witnessed. It is also a matter of common sense to me that if you have a complicated situation, then this service may not be for you.

United Kingdom | 14 October 2018Poor quality service and documents. Also didn't let me revise my will and asked me to pay again. Definitely would not recommend Which Wills.

United Kingdom | 03 September 2018In a nut shell the Which Wills system seems to be a "back hander" scheme to make money by volume for a company associated with Which. First, the Wills Service is highly generic (as you`d expect) but all of the features that I wanted to include in the Will were not included (as you would not expect). If I had paid for this service instead as it being offered a freebie by Which I would have requested a refund. Secondly, the Power of Attorney Service does not have the wonderful "list your actors" system that the government website has. Thus if you need to input the names of various people for many (in my case eight) Power of Attorney Forms then you are likely to make various typo errors that the Which Will team do not check for. The best location to fill in your forms is the government web site where you enter someone's details once - check it once and then know it is right of eight forms or how ever many PoA forms you will be filling in. Simply, for me the cost of the Which Wills PoA service (even at half price) was not worth the detour and the subsequent delays down the line because we needed to have checked my name spelling and date of birth etc... all twelve times it was input into the forms rather than just the once as at the government web site. Likewise other actors (eight in total) needed their details checking not just once but up to 12 times across the eight forms. I would advise you not to use Which Wills for PoA but go straight to the government website lastingpowerofattorney.service.gov.uk - home Just set up an account online and login and away you go. Best wishes for a smooth journey - none of us are getting younger. PS. I will be going to the ombudsman about the mis-direction given by Which and the poor service there after by Which Wills.

United Kingdom | 17 June 2018We found the process to apply for Power of Attorney for myself and my Wife very straightforward. Which? guides you through each page of the form online and within a few days verifies that the forms have been completed correctly. Then its just a case of printing them and getting them signed and posted. We would highly recommend the service.

United Kingdom | 04 June 2018I'm sure Which? wills are fine for non-complicated Wills. I purchased a joint one for my myself and my wife. We have both been married before with two sets of children. We found the wills didn't give us the flexibility to say exactly what our wishes were to be. I rang within the time limit and obtained a full refund. We have since had them prepared by a Solicitor and both Wills reflect our express wishes. Yes more expensive (£330) but we have peace of mind that they are what we want.

United Kingdom | 02 June 2018Just completed four power of attorneys using which?wills. Found it very straightforward, just don't try to rush them. The saving against using a solicitor is amazing, well worth doing yourself and know you have someone checking them when completed.

United Kingdom | 29 May 2018Did both LPA's for my wife and myself online, with Which Wills. Fairly easy with helpful instructions and help by phone if needed. Would recommend, as much cheaper than using a solicitor.
