Very professional and experienced, any problems or issues were addressed and fixed quickly. The communication was beyond any service that I have experienced, if there was a question who ever answered the phone answered the question. There was no hesitation or having to be transferred to someone. Greatest experience ever at getting a boat loan. Just finished a great and easy loan process with Southeast Financial. They made the process very easy and walked us through each step, providing assistance whenever needed. I never had a question that they didn't handle quickly and thoroughly. I appreciate the care they demonstrated in handling my personal and confidential information and took extra precautions to prevent fraud. Amanda, Alison, and Cheyenne were fantastic. May 02 to May 10, 2024 - My experience in acquiring my RV Loan was amazingly fast and extremely professional. From the start with Amanda- Senior Loan Officer and finish with Caydence - Funding Agent I got my Motorhome. I can't thank Southeast Financial enough for coming thru with my loan. The service

They did not communicate clearly, told us the latest the transaction would take was by a Monday but it took over a week longer, we almost lost our seller due to how long they took to process our loan. Made promises they could not honor. They supposedly over nighted priority shipped out check so we could get it by 12pm the next day so we could buy our RV and the check was not priority shipping and didn’t arrive until after 6pm which caused us not to be able to purchase our RV in time for our trip we planned that weekend because the seller had to go out of town. They with held our funds due to needing a POAS that they failed to send us in a timely manner. I sent two forms of proof of address and was told they were fine just to be told two days later they still needed proof of address that what I gave was not good enough. I was told both our name were to be on the information we sent I had to screen shot the proof I sent and circle both our names were on the documents we sent and they then accepted it saying they over looked my name… they didn’t even review the full document before telling me it was wrong and further holding up the loan process. It was a train wreck and by the end of it they cost me 55$ to have my POAS over night do they got it by 10:30am the next day I was not shown that same courtesy they sent my check standard over night shipping so go to us late evening, they cost me 157$ in losing my campsite that was already booked for Mother’s Day weekend. I would not recommend this company to anyone nor would I ever choose to use them again.
