Once i got apporove and was able to get an agent assign then they made me feel ar ease but rhe long waiting process of not knowing and hearing a result was draining but gave us good and competitive rate and seem easiy approval

The entire (extremely short) experience was like no other! Corbin and Allison were a complete joy to work with. Everything went just as they stated. They were very descriptive with what they needed from me and also the seller. Even the sellers stated how wonderful the experience was!

We were very misinformed on how long funding takes. We were told 5 business days, it took 10. Numbers we're incorrect several times. We found that they were incorrect and had to tell our lending advisor. They would have missed out on more than $25,000 the first correction. That we would have had to come up with and would have lost the deal on our 5th wheel. We kept getting quoted different monthly payment amounts because of this. Then they miscalculated taxes, that we would have to pay right to the dealer and the county. We informed them on this, they tried to put it on the dealer, where you could clearly see that the dealer had put them in. In the end they did take off 0.2% off of our interest rate, not really a lot for all the hassle we've had to deal with. I would recommend training your customer service/underwriters and management a lot better than you do. The dealer we went though, uses them as their preferred lender and they have stated they've never had such a problem with them before.

Amazing customer service from Brooke and Caydence. The best experience I have ever had with a boat loan!! I can’t wait to review a refinance when rates go down :)

Brittany Yager was really great to work with. She communicated with us, was patient with us sending documents while we were out of town on vacation, and really took the time to explain the processes to us and answer our questions. She was very professional and has worked closely with our dealership to help get this deal done. She deserves a raise! The others assigned to this loan application were hard to get ahold of, and not helpful. I have worked in financial services for over 13 years and have personally processed hundreds of loans - the process at southeast is not great. It’s repetitive - meaning we had to send the same or very similar documentation multiple times over. Our drivers license for example had to be sent over to them two different times and had to be present to be shown on a zoom call. Why are you doing zoom calls? It’s an inconvenience to the customer an is not necessary given the other verification tech available In financial services. I closed on my $420k home remotely and never met my loan officer but through you we were required to do a zoom call with my fiancé for a 60k loan on a trailer. The amount of documentation required for this loan was also more than what was required of us to close on our $420k home in 2020.. way to invasive for industry standard. For example - 4 references with address names and phone numbers - people who are completely unrelated to the purchase and who’s information you now have in your database. Unnecessary. I would recommend your loan officers reach out via phone to your customers to Inform them that this process will take almost 3 weeks to complete and that they may have to provide an excessive amount of documents - some of them multiple times over. When attempting to send the required tax information, I was told by your loan officer Brooke Carico that fax was “not secure” and when I asked why, she did not have a good answer and just kept saying it’s not secure - Then had another officer ask me to text my personal bank statement to her phone - ironic! I work for one of the largest financial institutions in the country and we utilize fax all the time. Employees should have a standard for securing customer sensitive documents, fax or otherwise. Since I could not send my tax returns via fax, I had to download a special app and take photos of every page of our tax returns for two years to convert the photos into a PDF just so I could upload them to your site. Another small inconvenience. All this to say - I appreciate the work of your team as a whole and of Brittany Yeager who was great, but as an industry professional- your process from a company standpoint is complicated and convoluted. If given a few tweaks it could be a great experience for your customers.
