They never were unable to get my camper titled where I live. It has been over two months, and when i reached out today they are going to send me all of the documents so I can do it. There is no option to skip this “service” that you pay for. Its great that they made me pay for a service that I get to end up doing.

I am very happy with the service provided however I think you need to have better communication with your customers at the beginning of the loan process. I attempted to contact someone for 2 days, with no response. Once my loan was assigned to a loan officer, the communication was great, it was just the period from when I submitted my application until it was assigned to someone. Once I had someone assigned to my loan, the process was very quick and smooth. I am very pleased with the service provided and with the communication from your staff.

Stacy Chapman was beyond helpful. She sent me updates as she received them. She was very in depth explaining the process and steps that had to be taken. This woman needs a raise.

Everyone I worked with was always available by email or phone call with any questions I had. They were always extremely quick to respond! I would highly recommend them.
