It took 19 days to receive our check. Bionca, the loan officer assigned to our loan never once called us. It was always an email. I never heard from her for 3 days after applying and the boat we were interested in sold. Then had to find another boat which was thru a private seller. When documents were requested from the seller Bionca never called them which held things up. On the plus side, Alison in the funding dept was wonderful. She called me right after she reviewed our documents and told me what we needed to do. I wanted to cancel the loan because we were so frustrated. Alison talked to mgmt to hurry things up so we could get our check. We would have never went this route if we had known hiw long it was going to take.

Brooke is amazing!!! I cannot thank Brooke for all she did to help us through our boat purchase! Earlier this year we purchased a new RV using South East Financial, Brooke was our contact. Process was effortless and quick. At the beginning of June we decided to purchase a boat naturally we went right to Southeast Financial. I emailed Brooke and the loan closed in just over a week, two days prior to making the drive to get the boat. The seller then backed out of the deal for a better offer. Brooke had to unwind the loan and then start all over once we found a new one. I’m happy to say that our family now has a boat. Brooke stayed lock step with me during the entire process never leaving me to wonder what the status was. Thank you Brooke for all you did for us!!! Additionally, Alison in the funding department is also a rockstar. Couldn’t be happier with these two ladies for all they did!

The loan process was easy and quick with this bank. My loan officer Candace White was amazing. I had no problems getting of hold of Candace. She responded to my emails and texts. She kept me updated with the loan process answer every question I had. Everything went smooth from start to finish with no issues. I will highly recommend going with Southeast financial. If I can give it 100 stars I would definitely will. You all are awesome. God Bless

If I could rate my experience with Southeast Financial any lower I would. The communication has been terrible. We got moved between two different loan officers and neither one would ever answer my calls and did not give me consistent information. I purchased an RV in another state from a private seller. The seller had a lien on the title for his loan for it, also, I purchased the vehicle for more then what I was approved for on the loan. None of these details seem out of the ordinary to me or anyone I know, however on more then on occasion, the loan officer mentioned to the seller (before mentioning to me which felt discomforting) that this was a "unique case" but then never actually specified what that means. We set the closing date and I had to wait for almost two weeks after to get the keys. They had me directly wire them money from my bank but then dragged their feet with overnighting cashiers checks to the sellers bank. It has been just one thing after another and no one has reached out to touch base about any of this after I complained. I can't begin to express how much stress and wildly expensive dragged out process this loan company has put me and my family through. Thank goodness I have a remote job, otherwise I would have been stranded more than 1000 miles away from my home waiting on this lain company to get their ducks in a row. I would not recommend this alone place to anyone. The only person that treated me like a valued customer was the funding specialist, Alison Ragsdale. And she was obviously overworked. Alison, thank you again for putting up with me and putting in the time to communicate with me and giving us the most useful and accurate information. The loan officers were nice, but gave me and the seller the most unrealistic time frame of when this would all be wrapped up. At this point, Im still waiting for the seller to get his money, I have no idea what day I will get the keys to the RV, which means we can't plan anything for our vacation, which is fine cause the time we had for vacation was over. Not to mention that I will have to drive the RV through more then three states to get back home and because Southeast Financial wanted to handle the title and registration, I will have no license plate for the vehicle, no temp plates, and no motorized bill of sale. SO ill have to wait a week longer yet at least for them to handle all of that, cause for whatever reason they wouldn't give me the option of ding that on my own (even though the seller has the title in hand and can just hand it to me with the keys and I could get a temp plate same day. ugh. its literally been one thing after another. If we would have known that it would take two to three weeks for Southeast Financial to get this loan out and get me a plate for the vehicle, we would have maybe postponed our vacation trip. Now it's over and I spent all our vacation money on motels in Oklahoma, waiting for this to go through. Still waiting.

I loved the customer service from kayla and allison. The only issue I had is luckily.I knew the seller because this Loan took way longer than I expected.I think the total time was about 2 weeks and had I not known the seller.I think the seller would have moved on to somebody else.Who could have provided funds faster.

This experience was easy from the start. The online experience is easy to work through. Service was top notch from Amanda and Caydence, to the final funding call. I had a ton of questions and concerns and everyone was super understanding and patient, took time to answer all questions I had. In a day and age where I thought service was dead, Southeast Financial proved me wrong!

i have left messages on the phone as well as emails asking for a call to discuss a few issues no one bothers to call you or email you back this has gone on over three weeks, i have also tried to call cannot get a live person to answer the phone

The original loan officer took forever to get anything done. The second half of the process was not as bad. If I would have financed my boat through the dealership I would have walked away with the boat same day.
