A timeline of your loan process should be included with the application process and approval. If I had know it would take 10 days to get the funding I would have gone to another lender.

Great rate and terms offered. The dashboard was easy to follow. The only thing I would add- There needs to be some type of option to email or chat during the process of gathering requested items. I could not find a way to communicate with my processor until the requested documentation had basically been uploaded and it was up to the processor to finish the file.
