The people at SE Financial were helpful and responsive. The approval process was fairly simple. Expect purchase process to take about a week once purchase has been decided upon. They have procedures that need to be followed and that took a bit longer than expected. Overall a very good experience!

Tonya worked very hard for us. It was a little difficult at first to find out where we were at with the loan before it got assigned. After that questions were answered very quickly. If changes were made all qusetions were answered.

I am a new RV Owner. The experience with southeast was amazing. Being new to this process i realized it takes some patience but well worth it. Brooke was Awesome to work with. she accommodated all my needs in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend southeast and i would use them again.

Working with my loan officer was a great experience. She was great, even when the RV dealership was being difficult, I felt she was working for ME! She was very professional and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

If you are in a hurry SE Financial is not for you. But if you are willing to wait a little bit for better interest rate and loan terms then I would recommend giving them a try. We are very qualified borrowers, and it took 3 days to get approved. Then when we found the trailer we wanted, it took 5 business days to get funding. We could have done that all in a single day with the dealer, but the rate & terms would not have been advantageous. SEF staff did a good job, and our outcome was great, but it really did take some patience.

The workers were pleasant to deal with they communicated with me very well and scheduled meeting and such in a timely manner and went over every with me very well it was a smooth process

The folks at the bank were very helpful and courteous. However, having to get a notarized signature two different times because of an error on your part cost me around $100. I had to print 29 pages twice, sign, pay for a notary, scan and send them back. Twice.

This is the 2nd time we have gone thru Southeast Financial for a RV purchase. Without a doubt Tonya Eubanks is the best at what she does. We will not even give RV dealerships a chance to earn our financing business because I know she will make sure we get the best rate. It is important to get a great rate, but because I work in a similar industry, customer service is as important as the rate we receive. Hands down the service is 5 stars!! WE will always use Tonya and Southeast Financial for all the loans she is able to facilitate. Also would like to give some kuddos to Alison Ragsdale who came in at the end and closed the deal!
