I am extremely pleased with the entire experience. Each step of the process was clearly explained, either with a phone call or in an email. I was never left to wonder what’s next. Everyone I worked with was both pleasant and professional. All questions were fully answered and always in a timely manner.

Our loan officer Brookie did a fantastic job through out the loan process. SEF loan process was well organized and user friendly. All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion and we got a fantastic interest rate.

The process is slow and long. I was preapproved, found the boat I wanted to purchase, and started the process. Into the second week now and still do not have my draft / funding. Preapproval took some time as well....... Luckily I have a good patient Seller this time who has not unlisted the boat but at least marked it pending. Over a month into my purchase now dealing with registration and it is NOT going well. Its as if they do not know what they are doing. (and upset with me because I let them know this)

Everyone I had contact with at Southeast Financial has been exceptional to work with!! From the application process, to the Southeast Fincancial reps having to deal with Camping World acting like stubborn whiney children since I didn't finance thru Camping World, to the funding process, thru the closing process, all with me being out of town with limited internet, with my husband (co-buyer) back at home .... I can't say enough about how wonderful and easy and accommodating and patient that every single person at Southeast Financial was thru this whole process! I would highly recommend them and would work with them again in the future! They also had the best rates and terms than other companies we applied at and I appreciate Southeast Financial for helping to make my American Dream affordable and attainable! HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Good communication, process may inhibit expediency, especially while buying a used boat. Seller was growing impatient but the team worked and communicated well so I knew where we were within the Southeast financial process.
