Great scooter, rides smooth... lacks a little bit of power but I am slightly over the weight limit, definitely reccomend

I spoke with Delia in customer service via email. Informed them that the display cable was quite scored/scraped when I unboxed the scooter. Likely this was a result of feeding the cable thorough the port into the tube when manufacturing. May be something the company needs to look at. Delia kindly agreed to send replacement cable in the event it may need to be replaced. That is amazing and likely saved us all time and money to send this back to the company. This is my second scooter, and is so much more solid and dependable than my first by a different brand. I love that it has a brake throttle on the handle bar for more smooth braking. The only thing I'd add is a small handle on the main stem for bringing the scooter up and down a few steps--it's far too much trouble to fold the whole thing up for that.

When I bought my scooter, I was a little nervous because I had paid so much for it. Now, I absolutely love it. It gets me to and from work like a breeze on a full battery. This was absolutely the best thing I could have ever bought. It is so fast.

I have already sent two emails with pictures and I still have not received a response. This email is below... I am extremely disappointed with your assembly of the DK1 that I ordered July 16, 2024 because the back fender recently fell off. It appears, as shown in the attached picture, that these parts were clearly damaged and were not installed properly by Hiboy at the factory as shown with the brownish adhesive on the fender area. Also, the screw and nuts that are attached for the retaining clips are loose and inoperable. How would I be able to get the correct replacement parts for the fender and side walls?

great scooter, I ordered a refurbished s2 pro, it looks and works just like new. Very helpful and great quality scooter.

I am happy with the product I bought from you, which was the P6 bicycle. The only problem I have is that the battery doesn't last very long, it drains too quickly. I've charged it enough for it to charge properly, but even so it doesn't last very long and I have no choice but to use it with pedals because if I use it directly with the motor it drains quickly and I have to charge it every day. But whatever, I had the bad luck of having a not-so-good battery, but the rest is very good.

Overall the scooter is good. Riding first time is so easy. Assembly was next to none. Only issue is my weight is quite less and suspension is relatively tight. If corresponding tool was given to loosen the suspension, would have gone for 5 stars

I just wanted to say that the customer Service and the warranty are Very Good at HiBoy. My Grandson had a issue that gave him a fault code on his display. I contacted HiBoy and they sent out the part and a instruction vide on how to make the repair at no cost Thank You

This company is great! I purchased an electric scooter from them two years ago and the scooter is still going strong! I LOVE how I can leave it charging for long periods of time (three days) and I’m not worried about it catching fire because the scooter and the charger stays cool during and after it’s done charging. I will ABSOLUTELY buy another one when this one dies, which, hopefully, will not happen anytime soon.

I bought the HiBoy Max Pro as my first scooter and I couldn’t asked for a better scooter to start my journey with, the dual suspension makes the ride so smooth, love the red LED bars on the side of the board and the headlight is very bright so your very visible during the night, I really enjoy riding my HiBoy in the city with my friends, awesome scooter!

First off I didn’t think this e-bike was going to be that good well it’s actually pretty amazing quality and super easy to assemble. Rides like a bigger size bike. Very zippy speed. Great for the money. Battery life is good for what this bike is.

I've had my Max Pro scooter for almost a year and I absolutely love it. I've unfortunately had a manufacturing defect and some user-caused issues but that's where HiBoy's incredible support team has stepped up. They respond within 24 hours and quickly work to address any issue. They've sent me replacement parts to make sure my scooter is working as it should. Their support team alone is the reason they definitely deserve 5 stars.

Absolutely have a blast on these things, got one at first and ended up getting another one for my daughter. All we do is ride them, trails, to the store, and to friend's houses.... S2 pros are perfect for adults and kids. My daughter is 9 and she rides it comfortably, definitely have to invest in a helmet for the kids though! Holds a charge great, lights are amazing, nothing to complain about at all. Recommend to anyone that's thinking about getting a scooter, neighbor bought two, and I know of more people that are purchasing soon...

Hiboy is a very reputable company and they're products are well made and very reliable...the company stands behind they're products...I have the Hiboy Econ 14.... awesome scooter ..I go everywhere on it ..in the pastures...road and hills....well satisfied

My husband and myself each got a Hiboy eBike and it is amazing! The quality is excellent and the customer service is just as great. Our first bike arrived damaged and we received a return label and UPS picked up and within 2 weeks replacement was received with no issues. We love going out and about. The hills are no longer a problem. Bike is peppy and well built.

I love my bike! I want to start off by saying that the bike is top quality. When I received my bike, there was a shipping incident and my front fender was damaged a bit, I could have lived with it, again I love the bike. But I sent an email to Customer Service, and within a day I had a very pleasant person answer my email and genuinely cared that my experience with HiBoy was a good one. between the wonderful exchanges I have had with Customer Service, the wonderful experience with my bike and quality of the bike I received, I am waiting for spring to come and get my girlfriend a HiBoy bike. This company has me for a customer and advocate for years to come. Thank you HiBoy! and if you are a person on the fence about purchasing a Bike, or scooter I guess (cant speak to those personally but I am sure they are great) I can say in all honesty THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY WITH A GREAT PRODUCT, you dont need to worry!
