Son scoots to work and back (5.2 mile round trip). Works great, based on his weight (135lb), in getting up the hills and using very little battery.

I use the scooter for running around town seems have great battery life well made and if you want, you can let younger children use it too because you can limit the speed in the parameters that the kids can’t get to. I am very happy with the scooter, the only downfall Are probably the solid tires and no suspension in the front but for being on sidewalks in town it’s perfectly fine, love it

I have had the EX7 for about a month now. The bike itself has been outstanding with the exception of the brakes, not being strong enough. I bought hydraulic calipers and installed them easily, which really made a big difference. I had an accident with the bike falling, and I broke the brake lever. I reached out to customer service who was great, and they have already shipped me a new brake lever. I’ve been able to ride this bike on steep mountain bike trails in the woods and it is equally great on flat surfaces. I highly recommend getting this bike!

I absolutely LOVE my S2 Max for little trips and adventures around the city. I can explore places my car cannot take me. It’s always a very smooth ride regardless of the terrain and the screen is bright and easy to see. Customer Service is excellent. The scooter is extremely well built, very stylish and delivers the quality of a $2000 scooter at an affordable price point. I love that Hiboy takes security seriously and added the lock feature through the app. Five stars all around. I highly recommend this scooter to anyone in the market to buy. Hiboy is the BEST!!

I have ordered 2 scooters and multiple accessories from this company so far and they actually have great products. The wait time on an accessory I needed took longer than advertised for the first time, but things happen. Hopefully I can get a great deal for the winter holidays in the S2 Max Pro I've been dreaming about.

Great scooter for city riding. Def not the fastest. But it is my first scooter so who knows. But overall quality and ride comfort goes above and beyond few mph. I honesty feel safe w the top speed anyway so all is good.

A few months ago, I had an accident and damaged my S2 PRO handle bars (rider error, not the scooter). I had a warranty issue that needed to be sorted. I reached out to HiBoy and they were quick to respond. They were polite and understanding of my situation and in the end, they shipped me a set of replacement handle bars. I will recommend this company to others.

I absolutely love my Hiboy Max Pro! I’ve put over 1,200 miles on it over the past year, and it’s still going strong. The build quality is top-notch. In sport mode, I get around 15 miles on my hilly college campus, which is perfect for getting around quickly. I’ve also taken it on the Green Mountain back trails, and I’m super impressed with how well it handles. I get about 8-10 miles on those tougher trails, which is better than I expected for such terrain. Hiboy’s customer service is the best I’ve experienced. They’ve been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed anything. I highly recommend the Max Pro to anyone looking for a durable, reliable, and fun ride!

I had to give it a 1 star but should be 0. Mark Lui the founder sells poor quality scooters that when I made the bad decision to purchase 2 for my boys - one was shipped as defective and was a complete waste of 750 + tax and shipping. Hiboy has an inferior product and quality is poor and you will be wasting your hard earned money on a worthless scooter that will not charge or accelerate and they offer to sell you replacement parts - BEWARE a rip off and scam. Worst company. They did loot deliver my product, and I am having to take legal recourse to correct. “Please ask FedEx to submit a claim, and we will give you a refund or resend you a new scooter to the right address after giving the case number,….” After submitting g the FedEx claim just as she asked, now she wants me to file a police report, etc. “If the package is lost or damaged during transit, the seller or retailer is responsible under a Freight on Board (FOB) Destination agreement. They will usually replace the item or provide a reimbursement” So this company is trying everything possible to not give my my product. I have begun legal actions Buyer beware, many better E scooter companies to work with who are honest.

I purchased a P6 bike from Hiboy and anytime I had an issue or a question they were quick to respond and answer my question or solve an issue that I may have had. Now that winter is just around the corner and I'll have to store my bike, I had some questions regarding winter storage and customer support answered all the questions I had in a very timely manner. I would have to say that their customer service is second to none and I would recommend one of their products to anyone who asks.

We purchased the Hiboy S2 scooter from their website and it was running fine for first couple months but then all of sudden battery stopped charging. I had to contact Hiboy via email and provided them videos of the issues. In the end they have send me the replacement parts and my problem have been solved. Every thing is great but they don't provide phone support. For email it takes longer for Hiboy to respond back. I am still providing 5 star review as they have solved my issue and customer service is excellent. I will definitely recommend this scooter to my friends and family.

Our Hiboy S2 is easy to use, easy to collapse and easily transportable. We did have an issue with the battery not charging. Customer Service requested we send a video showing the issue so they could determine the source of the issue. After sending the video, Customer Service sent a new battery. That resolved the issue and we haven't had any problems since. Customer Service was very responsive and helpful through the whole process.
