Great long term service and parts available. Helped me fix my scooter when the bottom battery went out for a good price. Much better service than expected I would reccomend them over even bigger brands like segway.

Got my scooter over a year ago to take to Saudi Arabia with me. Ran great over there with no issues. Customs took the battery out when shipping it back, replacement batteries seem expensive compared to the cost of a new scooter.

I have the Titan. It is a great scooter with plenty of power. It is well built and so far I haven't had any issues. I would recommend this scooter for light trail use.

I got the Hiboy Max E-scooter in late 2019. My experience in one sentence has been great with a few hiccups here and there . Pros -Fast ,common top speed is 18mph . - I can do a 10 mile commute involving hills . - strong tires never had issues. Cons -Hard tires make you feel everything so long commutes hurt feet and is scray to learn how to ride fast -i ounce had to replace the battery as it died from cold damage. So not suitable for 10+ min ride in 35°F ↓ . -if your not a careful person and a speed demon like me the scooters parts will break. Both rear and front fenders have broke . The light broke , and it has many scratches. Overall for 4 years the scooter is doing what you would expect.

Unfortunately we had issues but the customer service answered every email, walk us through the issue and sent us all parts free. They even sent a peice I lost during the process of fixing it. I would definitely recommend this scooter and company. Very happy.

When ordering my scooter, I made a mistake typing my address and the scooter was never delivered. Hiboy quickly sent me a new one no questions asked! I've been using my Hiboy s2 pro for many months and it's served my short commute needs very well. I highly recommend their s2 pro!

I purchased a hiboy s4pro scooter in Sept 2022. By December the scooter's rear buckle broke. Hiboys customer service quickly sent me a replacement and I was please with the quality of replacement and the speed at which I received it. Some recommendations I have to improve service is make available over the phone service and automatically send instructions how to repair an item when the replacement part arrives. In my case I had to reach out to hiboy and ask for instructions how to install the rear buckle. They send me a video on how to do the installation which was easy to understand and worked!

I have loved my high boy scooters. My family has bought 3 of them so far and we absolutely love them. I use it at college and it does the job.

Bought my first electric scooter from HiBoy website on Black Friday. The shipping was fast. The package arrived within a week on Nov 30. I ran into an installation problem with the handle bar. Customer support replied my email to resolve my problem within 24hrs. In addition, customer support gave me back the price difference when their price dropped even lower on Cyber Monday! Thumb UP!! I have tested my S2 Pro scooter for 1 week, a total of about 80km, at temperature between -5C to 7C. It is perfect. It feels solid. The solid tires were my concerns before my purchase. Now I know they are not as bad as I thought unless the road surface is very rough. A 5km trip uses about 20% battery. It is plenty enough for my commute and running errands. Although the headlight is a little weak, the side lights look amazing. They catch attentions of most pedestrians and drivers at night. Very happy with the purchase.

We bought one S2 Pro Scooter last year and enjoyed it so much that we bought a second one with a seat! We haven’t had any operational issues, except that one of the chargers didn’t work. HiBoy Customer Service was responsive and said they would send out a new one. Solid product and service so far!

I bought the S2 Max Scooter about 2 weeks back and jus got it 2 days ago and I’ve been enjoying doing deliveries with it. Its really great for going to the post office, corner store or even work you just have to take your time on the road. The customer service are the best, they reply fast to emails and are willing to help you with any problem you have with your scooter. I fell and grazed off piece of my nut cover and they are sending me a free replacement which is really nice, HiBoy have your back.

Just recently purchased the hiboy e bike and I am really happy with it runs great easy to set up.had a minor issue with a small part contacted high boy and They were attentive and responsive. They care about their product and their customer service was great the process was very simple. They are on top of their customers and product delivery Highly recommend this company!
