They were attentive and responsive. They care about their product and customer service. They are replacing our scooter and made the process very simple. Highly recommend this company!

I contacted customer service (Karin) who immediately responded with parts that fixed my scooter. In a world where customer service is non-existant, this was an amazing response by any company that I've had to deal with. They could have easily shrugged their shoulders and said "Supply chain issue" and I would have went away angry, but they took the effort to make sure I was happy with their product.

United States | 02 December 2022I was not able to get accurate tracking info. Within 24 hours of sending an email, Elsa reached out to me and helped me track my order. Very helpful. I received my KS4 yesterday but too cold and rainy here to try it out yet. Everything looks good though.

Contact Support they help me to make sure what is the problem step by step. They are awesome taking care customer. Warranty out for me but they give a discount for the battery that i need. Now my S2 gonna run again 👍

I recommend HiBoy over any other scooter brand. So much actually that I’ve got a few friends riding them as well!
