United States | 16 November 2022The customer support team was great to me and I would buy from this brand again. However, some aspects must be underlined. First I bought a Nex5 that arrived with a factory defect, they exchanged it for another Nex5 that never arrived, and after a month I was able to receive an S2R. In preliminary aspects it seems to me a good Scooter for the price. However, it is a scooter that has a hard time due to the lack of front suspension. Get ready to feel the way. It is not something unbearable but it is worth emphasizing that. The most important thing is that I have to say that the battery does not last as long as they say. The reality is that on the urban route the battery usually lasts about 10 miles, not 17 as they say. So if you plan on going those 17 miles, be prepared to buy a replacement battery. I would say that I am happy, but at the time of buying I had higher expectations and that does not stop causing discomfort.

United States | 14 November 2022I would like to say thank you for sending me a replacement for a scooter I bought about a month ago. I bought a Nex5, and it was perfect but due to a manufacturer defect at the base battery which caused it to become disconnected and only the battery in the stem worked. Sadly, I could not get a new Nex5 but the Hiboy S2 Pro works just as well. The larger tires make taking bumps easier on my way to work and its more maneuverable. Thank you for responding reasonably fast and getting it to me quick so I can get to work.

United States | 14 November 2022What can I say…I normally don’t write bad reviews because I believe giving everyone a chance but these people are complete frauds! I bought this scooter about 2 months ago and it came with a flat tire. I tried airing up the tire and wasn’t able to, contacted the seller and they claimed they were going to send me a tire tube, one week past but no tube. So I contacted the seller they said it got lost in transit a week later the tube showed up. I could not figure out how to remove the wheel and didn’t want to cause more damage so I loaded this heavy scooter in my vehicle and took it an hour away to a scooter repair company and the repair guy told me it’s a tubeless tire and aired it up. I was super upset and begin to lose confidence in this company but hoped for a good outcome. A day later I rode it for one block and the tire went flat AGAIN. I contacted the seller they told me to return the scooter and I told them the box was damaged and ask if I could send it in a different box they said they would send me a box but a week past and no box so I contacted the seller and to my surprise AGAIN they said the box was lost in transit! They said they would send the box again but 4 days past and AGAIN NO BOX. I then I asked for a tracking number the Tracking showed the package label was ONLY created and was not shipped . I contacted Amazon they opened a A to Z case and told me to send back the scooter in any box. I loaded up the heavy scooter once again and went to FedEx to be told that I would need to pay $650 to ship it! So I immediately contacted Amazon again they opened another A to Z case and asked them to send a prepaid label like the seller said they would. I was reassured by the manager from Amazon that Amazon would take care of this. I waited a few days and still haven’t heard anything back. I called Amazon and they said A to Z sent me a message and it read “ send the scooter back so that the refund could be processed “. After everything I explained to Amazon this was the answer! I contacted Amazon to tell them how my case was not read at all because I was requesting a prepaid label from the seller. They just opened up another case I am still waiting for a resolution from Amazon AND from this fraudulent seller/company. I told Amazon it’s been two months and still no label we have contacted Amazon now 5 times and they are giving us the same run-a-around and still have not received a prepaid label, the box or my refund! Overall this is a fraudulent seller and company and for the money 1700+ paid I would NEVER purchase anything else from them and if you are looking to purchase from this company you should just RUN FAR away from them unless you are okay with headaches and getting your money taken and being provided with an out of the box defective item! This is NOT a good gift for Christmas, birthday or Black Friday purchase!!! LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR SCOOTERS!

United States | 09 November 2022I was riding my scooter and it folded in half while I was riding it. The mechanism that keeps it folded up folded down for some reason. My body is sore and I have cuts on me. Is there anything you all can do.

Company is not holding up their end of the bargain therefore I cannot recommend the company’s customer service at this time.* My 9 year old son likes his hiboy so far. It took him less than a day to master it. He asked me (his Mom) to give it a try and he had a lot of fun trying to teach me how to ride it. Not so easy for me but I’m pleased that he picked up on it so fast. The hoverboard is extremely heavy, even difficult for me to carry. My son is 9 and I would say it isn’t appropriate for anyone younger than that. It’s heavy duty with beefy solid rubber wheels.

United States | 04 November 2022First, the charger cable that connects to the scooter open/split at the base of the charger. The ground cable is exposed as with the power line. I have a photo to show you exactly what I'm stating. Second, the scooter stopped charging. After I ride and use the scooter, I always recharge the scooter. When I connect the charger to the outlet and then to the scooter, there's a lite on the charger that turns green when the scooter is charged and turns red when the scooter isn't charged. Now when I connect the charger to the scooter after I use it. The charger lite stays green, even after two hours. I purchased another charger and the lite on the charger still stays green, even after two hours. So now I have to purchase a new battery for the scooter. And the scooter has only one year since I purchased it.

United States | 18 October 2022Online was good, shipping was faster then what they said, assembly wasn't hard but I struggled to put the handle bar on because of the extra wire that wouldn't go inside the middle. Product so far is great, everyone rides it, it's fast, for sure. Total experience is 9.5 out of 10.
