We now have two Hiboys. They both have pneumatic tires and they are a dream to ride. We had a little glitch with the connections inside the puce between the handlebars and we were sent a new one right away. No complaints so far.

Great customer service. I made an order, order didn’t go through. I reached out to customer service, Nancy was a fabulous help. Got my order shipped the next day, had it in 3 days. Got my scooter back up and running.

I ordered my husband a bike to try out. It came as said with little to assemble and when expected. We've had his for over a year and it has held up to my grandson's antics as well as my disabled husband's trail riding. It was easy to order and no hidden surprises. Because of his experience, I ordered my bike and we have been riding together. He is 73 and I am 68. We have inspired three other couples to buy motorized bikes. This has taken the place of hiking and horseback trail riding which we have not been able to do as our mobility has its limitations.

I bought 2 one for my wife and one for myself, we always have fun when i just want to be away from everything a break from everyday life I just take my Hiboy and drive it thru the beach área relaxing feeling the breeze. Sometimes take a break at a café or ice cream shop and continue. Very relaxing I LOVE IT.

My Hiboy scooter was great. It handled like a dream, and I loved riding it. Unfortunately, last time we were hit with a tropical storm, the surge from a near by lightning strike burnt it out. I plan on buying another as soon as I've saved up enough, because for 3 years, it was the perfect ride. The battery could last a little longer though.

My brother bought an e-bike about eight months prior to me purchasing mine from Hi-boy. He kept telling me how much fun they are and suggested I get one for our planned trip to the Everglades. He couldn't have been more correct. The bike handled the challenging terrain like a champ! I reseached the e-bike world and discovered a great value with Hi-boy bikes. Although his was over twice the price I paid for mine, it offered nothing the Hi-boy didn't provide. As a matter of fact, my ride was better, the battery lasted longer, and the bike is also slightly lighter. I would tell anyone out there looking for an E-bike to seriously consider purchasing this bike.

BUYER BEWARE: I have a Max Pro scooter and C1 e-bike. The machines are okay, I would give them a 2.5/5 stars. Some parts are obviously cheaply made and to be honest safety is a concern but so far nothing has broken in half, just cracked and fallen off. There are faster more affordable scooters out there. One year in and I feel like I am stuck with relatively useless machines. The worst part is there support will not help you at all. When they do respond to service inquiries or support, they send the wrong parts to the wrong address and have the customers run around to figure it out. Do your research and be sure to inspect your machines once you are stuck with it you are stuck and they will not help. My locking mechanism clasp broke first during set up. Now the throttle and cruise control doesn’t work. I wish there was a way to post screenshots of their insulting support but until then you’ll have to take my word for it. BUYER BEWARE.

The EX6 is a great bike! Sure some of the components are on the cheaper side, but I've got well over 750 miles on mine in the first year and I thoroughly enjoy it. I bought a trailer for larger store hauls and bringing my dog to breweries and the dog park. The bike has definitely improved my life with less time in traffic and less miles on my car.

I have several E-scooters and E-bikes. But I must say the first one I bought was Hiboy Titan back in 2021 . Although I changed the battery twice but that one was really a beast, durable, heavy duty for all types of whether including off roads. I still have my Titan as new as it’s always been!!

I bought four Hiboy VE1 pro scooters. 2024 was the second summer we rode these scooters. One of them only has a total range of seven miles which is not even close to the advertised “up to 31 miles” range. Now out of warranty Hiboy said there is nothing they could do except to charge me $250.00 for a new battery. When the battery arrived it was the wrong one. I’m done with Hiboy. Hope you have better luck if you go with this company

I have five grandchildren. I have two of the small scooters for the younger ones, and one for the "pre" teen size. When I tried to order more for the other younger grands, I was so disappointed to find out you don't make the kids size anymore. I do not want the dirt bike, I want the scooters. Grandkids are competitive and want the same things to "keep peace". Maybe someday you'll bring them back

Great customer service! Scooter was damaged but couldn't find a box big enough to send it back to them. They sent the replacement to me first so I can use that box to send the damaged one back. 5 stars all the way and highly suggested!

I recently bought my first electric scooter from Hiboy as a family transportation solution. I have no prior experience with scooters so I really didn't know what was good. But after searching online I came across the Hiboy company, so I checked out their options. I decided to go with the X300. The purchase was problem free. It arrived in a little over a week. After about a week of riding it I had a few issues. At first I posted a question on their website to see if I could get it resolved there. But after several days, decided to contact customer service. The advice they gave me on one issue didn't help me. I eventually got help for that from another customer's review. But the second issue became a real safety concern for me and I wanted to return the scooter. So I sent an email informing them of that. I didn't get a response until the return deadline had expired. At that point, they worked with me to get the problem resolved. After several email conversations we were able to find a viable solution and they have gained another satisfied customer. I love my Hiboy x300!

Bought my Hiboy MaXX pro over a year ago. Since then 6 of my other buddies have bought one. We have taken this scooter to it's limit. Everything we go out into our downtown area, we can comfortably ride around for 3-4 hours without battery concerns, we go out in big groups and take these scooters with us. Falls, crashes, bang, dings and dents this scooter pushes through.. only 2 of us have ever got a flat tire. Both rear tires, that was probably the most difficult part about this scooter was changing that tire. Otherwise, zero complaints from me... now a year and 50+ maxxxed out rides later and the battery is starting to dwindle. Scooter doesn't push as fast or last as long but still provides a solid ride. 10/10

I bought the EX6 bike for hunting last year and I love the bike it gets me there fast and saves me a lot of time but the brakes make so much noise when stopping it drives me crazy. I've tried everything from cleaning the disc to putting different lubricants on them. Please help. The customer support team was fast to fix my problem. Thank you for your support.

I have to say that I haven't received this level of customer service in a longtime. They were super helpful and helped me with an issue that occurred with an item that was shipped out to me and also helped me diagnosis a error code that mu sons scooter had I highly recommend Hiboy and will do so to all my friends that ever show interest in scooter

I have a numerous issues with my Max Pro. From the Beginning, Customer service was great until continued product issues and defects kept happening. I had to send the first one back for a warranty they did send me a new scooter, however they sent me one with front shocks that were manufacturer defect including rust on the bottom screws. I'm trying to get parts resent,for going on 3 months, they sent them to the wrong address two times after I corrected them numerous times. To date I have more than 70 emails back and forth with highboy since May of 2024 Honestly I've had more downtime than run time I did ask for a refund within 30 days into my purchase However they convinced me that parts would be sent and everything would be okay I did not find that to be true I did ask for a refund after continued issues I was told only 30 days could I get a refund feeling disappointed and tricked . I'm definitely disappointed with Hiboy feeling that the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. I've been sent multiple packages with bolts and nuts not for my model radomly and not requested.They sent phone holder me for compensation for one of my issues I ended up getting two sent to me. At one point they offered me a refurbished Max Pro yet I paid for a new one difference being $150 they would not compensate Denied My honest opinion is for the $711 I spent for a brand new Max Pro ,your money would go a lot further with a different electric scooter company. I requested a refund which I was denied. I also requested a different model as I have had multiple problems and issues with the Max Pro I was denied Not an option I was even (which I don't feel that I had to or should have) willing to pay for the upgrade (difference in price)..... denied Honestly disappointment with Hiboy all around sorry to say.
