The bikes great for off road it's a big bike rides well The tires hum a little Going down a paved road But I like that sound I've had my bike for a year now I've only had 1 issue Contact the Contact customer service They fixed a problem with the issue I had I read somewhere Where someone said The light wasn't bright enough I ride my bike late at night Off road on bike trails In the middle of the woods The light is bright enough that's all I have to say

My daughter has an S2R that has been great… when I went to work on it recently, clean up, new tires, service, etc. it was clear everything was well put together and easy to maintain. Replacement parts were very affordable and arrived quickly with good communications. All good… thanks HiBoy

Hiboy is exactly what is advertised. It is a great buy. This version of Hiboy was purchased for the strength to carry my weight. It is fun to ride with alongside my granddaughter with her scooter. Battery remains charged for long period of time. All features on Hiboy continue to work as designed. I would recommend this product.

We are a hiboy dealer that also repairs and services their products. I can tell you that the bikes are well packaged and well built. We started selling their bikes and scooters in February and really haven’t had any major issues or even that many units coming in for repair. Great products at affordable prices!

This is now the second scooter I've owned for commuting to work and it is superior to the other brand I had previously bought. The dual breaking system and turning radius makes me feel safe during every ride. I never have an issue with the battery and the wheels have been reliable. I would buy this scooter again in a heartbeat.

I ordered a pair of Hiboy scooters for myself and my son. We have had so much fun zipping around the neighborhood. I love the fact that I can utilize the app to "lock" the scooters. These things are sturdy and sure to last a long time!

The customer service at Hiboy should be an example to all companies because they are excellent with customer service and Hiboy takes care of its customers through any issues they may experience. I cannot speak on after warranty as of yet however so far so so so good! I love my Hiboy S2 Max and my only regret was not having enough money to buy the Hiboy Max Pro, still I’m very satisfied with my purchase at Hiboy and I cannot wait to try their electric bikes next!

Bought my 3yr old a Bk2 bike! He started on a strider, and quickly grew out of it. Once he hopped on the Bk2 he immediately loved it. He quickly learned the throttle, and how to control it. My only gripe is how big the hand break is. He's a little dude, and can't use it because it's to big. Besides that, this bike is KILLER! If your kid can strider, he can do this!

My son loves his hiboy dirt bike. He rides it every single day and any time I've had a problem hiboy has solved it. Great service and a great little bike for him to learn to ride.

The P6 is a great bike and the customer service is fantastic. I wish the brakes were a little better but over I have been extremely satisfied. These bikes can be used all the way from a 13-year-old all the way up to a 200 pound man.

Would be a 5 star, but I bought a refurbished scooter, that had issues. Hiboy did send me the good part. but it still was a pain/trouble. maybe check over the used scooters a little better. But still think it is a good brand.

I have had the EX6 around two years. I love this little bike. I have had no problems with this bike whatsoever. The only thing I had to do was adjust the brakes which is normal wear. I highly recommend this bike to anybody that wants to get their first bike at a great price and great value . I ride just about every day. Sometimes 10 mile at a time would buy this fella again.

Good sturdy construction. Runs fast Battery lasts a long time. Only con is the brake pads wear out pretty quickly
