Have been ordering from Plumber stock for a few years not and never had a problem with them. I call and leave a message and they call back. I have email and I get them faster. Staff is always friendly. I would recommend then for sure.

I have ordered a water expansion tank for my water heater Wednesday PM and have it left by FedEx in front of my door Saturday. It was a good price and free delivery, as well. I used text messaging with their customer support (Aillene Aguirre) to ask about ETA and her response was prompt and delivery right on.

Great price, fast shipping. Getting a response from Customer Service took awhile, but when the representative called me back, she was terrific! She clarified that my order was enroute even though the original estimate was much longer.

It can be sometimes challenging to get someone live on the phone, or to return a phone message or an email; but when I eventually do get a person on the phone, they are very polite, responsive, helpful, and stick with you until the issue is resolved. MJ was very helpful this way. Note, I recommend ordering directly through their Cedar City location, rather than using their "partner warehouse/distribution" location in Alabama (even if AL warehouse can provide faster guaranteed delivery).

I needed to return an item. When I got through to them it was smooth sailing (Thanks Franz!). Getting through to customer service was another story. It took two days of calling. On day one I took the option to leave my phone number, so I could be called back at a later time. Six hours later, nothing! On day two I decided to keep calling until I got someone. It took half a dozen calls. I be on hold for several minutes (hey! Fair enough! I know they've got other customers) then the call would simply disconnect. I used a speaker phone on my end, just to make sure I wasn't touching anything that would cause this.

I was in need of a water meter as mine had failed. The order was very simple and easy to do and the shipping was very timely. The product arrived in perfect condition and exactly as advertised. I will use this company again when ordering any parts they stock.

We ordered a disposal in April, 2022, but had not received it by June. I believe this was a problem caused by the manufacturer not having the stock and not caused by Plumbers Stock. We eventually found the item locally and cancelled the order with Plumbers Stock, but over the months, their customer service was responsive and kept us updated on the status and were also good about cancelling the order. I can't really give a higher rating because we never got the product but their customer service was great.
