Toilet received over weekend was damaged and Jake handled shipping a replacement first thing Monday morning. I can still keep the cracked one and put a bow on it for wife's Christmas gift😂🌲🎁

Not only did they make me pay for shipping, but then they also charged me a $15 restocking fee for a part that was never taken out of the box. Honestly, I probably would never order from them again. Even after calling Customer Service, they did not help me at all. I was surprised that such a large company like theirs didn’t even cover shipping back.
