United States | 09 June 2015I submitted for an order for 3 high end shower systems. Grohe to be exact. Received {1} complete unit with no issues what so ever. However the last 2 have been a fricken night-mere. First im told will be only 2 weeks. Okay that's not so bad, then it turned into a month, 2 months, three months. They send out an alternative unit that will work in the mandatory rough in box. There's only 2 valves that will work. NOW were being told the original order has been discontinued. .

United States | 08 May 2015Don't bother with this company. I ordered a rebuild kit for a check valve from PlumbersStock.com. Three weeks later I still didn't have my order. Emailed their customer support, no response in a week. Contacted their support again and I was informed they will not be able to fulfill my order. Over a month went by before I found out the item was not available. Why have it on the website? Why take a month to cancel my order. Needless to say this did not make me look good to my customer. ** UPDATE ** A manager (Brad G.) with PlumbersStock.com heard of my experience and contacted my by phone. He went out of his way to correct my issue and apologized for my experience. Because of this I have updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.

United States | 18 February 2015I'd like to start with the good, but I don't remember the last time I've had such terrible customer service. I'm in the middle of a kitchen and bathroom renovation and have made three individual purchases from PlumbersStock. One item, that said it was "in stock and ready to ship" was sent in a timely manner. The second item (a kitchen faucet) read that it was also "in stock and ready to ship," but in fact took 12 days to ship and another 6 days to arrive. Truly, we were in no rush and the price was right, so the wait wasn't a huge bother. However, our bathroom faucet, which states that it ships in 1-3 weeks, hasn't arrived yet and the order was placed 5 1/2 weeks ago. I called at 3 weeks when it hadn't shipped, and they told me it would ship within the week. When I just called again to ask about an update, they told me there was nothing they could do about it because the maker of the faucet had backordered it twice. (Which, of course, they hadn't let me know about.) They advised me to cancel my order and find it somewhere else. I asked for expedited shipping once it did arrive and after they agreed to 2-day shipping once it arrived, I then asked them to let me know if the company places the faucet on backorder again... and the customer rep hung up on me. This was after I was patient (but frustrated), never yelling or rude, and even saying at one point that I knew it wasn't her fault, but that I was frustrated with my experience. Because I'm a sucker for a good deal, I hate to say that I'll never shop with PlumbersStock again. Yes, their prices are right, but as a small business owner myself, I can not in good conscious recommend a company that doesn't keep their customers in the loop, one that falsely represents their shipping time and most importantly, one that hangs up on their customers.

United States | 31 January 2015I called to inquire about a injection control valve and ask about shipping.I ordered and chose 3 day select UPS shipping. Today I call inquiring about my order and the tracking number they provided that doesn't work. The number wasn't working with UPS because they just shipped it... TODAY! UPS has my package scheduled for delivery on the 4th! That's outrageous.I called today and the girl I spoke could careless. I'll never do business with these people again.

United States | 28 January 2015Ordered wood stove parts Nov 11, 2014 & were to be shipped in 1-2 weeks. Received & heard nothing. Contacted them & was told back ordered & would be 6 weeks. Patiently waited & still nothing. Called again & was told it would be shipped that day. Again nothing. Called again & was told part of ordered was damaged & were holding the rest to ship together. Asked to cancel damaged item & ship the rest-- & asked for email confirmation. Received email but no shipment. Now every time I call " it will ship today" though never has. Nearing the 90 day mark now. Giving up on this waste of time & considering this some sort of scam. BEWARE - the price looks 'good' for a reason. !!! Will NOT recommend or EVER use Plumberstock again & wish I never had !!!

United States | 17 November 2014I did not order from them. Google showed Plumbers Stock as lowest price on a standard sink. Ten other prices on Google Shopping; on PS website they show it in stock and ready to ship; put it in the cart and the price goes up 20% if you want it now. Only if you are willing to wait 2-3 weeks plus shipping time will you get the low price. Not honest pricing and gaming Google shopping.

United States | 03 October 2014I placed an order on September 8th. The items I ordered were stated to have a "1-3 week lead time." It's currently October 3rd, and I still don't have my order. After multiple calls I had a lady tell me that I might have my stuff by October 8th. Just the facts. EDIT: forgot to mention the domino effect caused by not having these parts, which culminated in me having a currently mal-functioning wastewater treatment system, resulting in potential legal action against me by the State, which equals FINES. Is all this worth it to save a $100...? Not on your life.

United States | 10 July 2013I ordered bathroom trim from PlumbersStock.com - a shower fixture, bathroom faucet, toilet paper holder, towel ring, and towel bar. All items arrived in great condition and the customer service when placing my large order was phenomenal. I highly recommend this company!
