United States | 13 May 2016Ordered a Woodford yard hydrant. Order was shipped a day after order was placed. Shipping rate was very reasonable considering how heavy the hydrant was. Product was exactly what I was looking for at the cheapest price I could find anywhere.

The Customer Service Manager immediately resent the order. I appreciate the great customer service and the prices can't be beat.

United States | 27 April 2016I recently had a computer/internet glitch during a thunderstorm that kept disrupting my efforts to order some expensive solenoid valves from Plumbers Stock. I finally decided to wait untill morning being unable to keep connected long enough to finalize my order. When I checked my email the next morning I had half a dozen confirmations for the same order. I sent reply emails and left a voice message hoping customer service could head off multiple charges to my credit card. I planned on calling as soon as they opened but by then they had already remedied the error and my card was only charged for the one intended order. In return for my difficulty even though it was not their fault they expedited the order. I have used them many times and have always been satisfied but was pleasently surprised to find such a fast acting customer service department. I have had other companies insisting credit card errors take 5-10 days to correct.

United States | 27 April 2016I ordrered a prescreen for a honeywell filter. It was a little confusing and i only ordered one and needed two. It had been a couple months since i opened the package and i thought they are never going to believe me. I sent an email and figured on waiting a couple of days for a response. Within two hours i not only got a response but a second filter on its way for free! I will always use them as my sole source for my plumbing/hvac needs.

When I attempted to try the order again, I found the prices online went up significantly. I contacted PlumbersStock.com and explained to them my situation. The lady I spoke honored the previous pricing saving me over $140 on the purchase. She was very kind and the whole experience went smoothly. I would highly recommend PlumbersStock when looking for plumbing supplies.

When it arrived, the box had been crushed at one end and a delicate part of the item was broken. Customer Service answered my phone call and addressed my problem immediately. As soon as they received my pictures of the damage, they arranged for a replacement part to be shipped out within 24 hrs. I was provided with the tracking information, and the new part arrived promptly with exceptional packing and in fine condition. From the outset, Customer Service responded to my phone inquiry and all my emails, politely and professionally. There was no additional cost to me. I see there are previous negative reviews; had I read them before ordering, I probably wouldn't have shopped here. Perhaps something has changed at Plumbers Stock! We are satisfied customers and would shop with them again.

United States | 15 February 2016I messed up my order with plumberstock and they were willing to send me the valve I actually needed and waved the restocking fee and the shipping for the right part. I did have to pay shipping to return the wrong valve I ordered, but that makes sense. I was telling a friend about them and looked them up and said google search had bad ratings for them which I consider to be unfair, so I am doing my part to tell the marketplace that plumberstock is okay in my book. They treated me very well.

United States | 12 February 2016Our circulation pump failed and I made the repairs myself even though my wife wanted to go with a plumber. I went online and got the best price here. I ordered a new pump and it came the next day (I live in So. Ca.), installed it myself and we have our hot water back. My wife is super happy and I'm pretty proud of myself. Hopefully I won't have to order a pump again, but if I have to order something else, it's going to be from these guys. Thanks for getting me my pump so fast!

I ordered Moens Waterhill shower system, towel bar, toilet paper handler, various valves and a lavatory faucet. It took about four weeks to arrive which I understood when placing the order. These reviews really scared me initially but I am more then delighted with my experience and will use Plumber Stock for my future plumbing needs.

United States | 25 December 2015Placed an order back in November, I've called numerous times and have been told my items were to ship out in 3-4 days. 7 days go by, I call again, they say they're waiting on 1 item, my order will ship in 3-4 days. Another week goes by, I call again. We're waiting on three items now. . . What? . . . Give us 3-4 days, I give them 7 for the order to show up, then another week, and so on. . . My last call said it was to ship out this week. . . well guess what. . . No, it didn't. Empty, empty, empty promises. I even asked them to ship what they had of my order, as I had several items, and send the back ordered items when they come in. No problem they said, they can do that, they just needed 3-4 days. This was 3 weeks ago. I recommend you shop elsewhere unless you enjoy frustration, and enjoy lessons on patience & dishonesty. -Avail Plumbing Company

Chose normal shipping (not "take your time" and not rush/overnight/et al). Had immediate tracking emails and web tracking through USPS. 48 hours later, it arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend this site to others.

United States | 22 August 2015Like previous reviewers, I wish I had read the reviews for this company before making my purchase - I ordered a kitchen faucet/soap dispenser and paid extra for expedited shipping. Almost a week passed and I never received a shipping notification, so I contacted customer service - they said the faucet wasn't in stock and that it would be 2-3 weeks?!? If someone pays an additional $100 for upgraded shipping, you would think that would prompt a phone call to the customer if the shipment was to be delayed by weeks? I received another phone call that they found a faucet and would ship it OVERNIGHT to my home... I thought, wow, that's great customer service... WRONG... the package I received was the soap dispenser, not the faucet. Unbelievable! After calling customer service, they said the faucet was shipped Ground and there were no other ones available - so now the installation will be delayed. This company's customer service is a JOKE! Do yourself a favor and purchase from another supplier, even if you have to pay more.

United States | 20 June 2015I'm sorry I didn't read others' reviews before ordering from them. Misleading photo of part, so it did not include part of the assembly. Tried to call to rectify this-- either send the item back or order additional parts. Sending back with their expensive shipping not reimbursed, of course. They said it was because despite the misleading photo, it was mentioned that one part is not included. What the title doesn't disclose is that there are TWO parts not included, and need to be purchased separately. As to actually ordering the missing parts? A Completely clueless customer service could not help me there, "I'm not a product specialist." I asked, "can you please get one for me?" Well, they don't have one. So don't expect any kind of help or expertise here. I found and ordered the parts at a different business and will never use this company again.
