This was my first experience with the Company. I chose them after an internet search revealed that they had the best price and quickest delivery time. The only glitch in my order is they didn’t send me the tracking number of my package. I had to call to get the tracking info. Otherwise, my experience was great, and I’ll definitely look to them first for plumbing supplies in the future.

M.J. very quickly processed my request to cancel an order that had not shipped. Short hold time, which is not the norm these days.

Ordering was ok, after a month I called to see why I hadn’t received the part. They found it at a parts dealer and the dealer mailed it late last week. My plumber was here today and installed it. After 2 hours of trying and calling Delta, he was told by Delta that this part was defective. I asked Plumbers Stock for an RTV before 1:00 pm today and haven’t gotten one so far at 6:30 pm. Delta is shipping one free of charge due to the expense in paying a plumber today and again when I get a replacement; expensive defect. Hoping to get my money back on this from Plumbers Stock but they’re fast to charge my credit card (upon order a month ago) and to charge me extra for having to get it from their parts dealer, but slow to respond to a defective product. Good luck to me, huh?

This was my first time ordering from plumbers stock. They were the only one I could order the side spray for my Brizo kitchen faucet. I ordered in February 2022. They did not have in stock, I received the item in June 2022 because of supply from factory. The side sprayer is excellent and as ordered. I did receive 2 units and had to return one.
