Plumbers Stock is up there with the worst companies I've dealt with. I had to call to get info on a mounting bracket for the part I needed. They ordered both items for me, all swell so far, but it was downhill from there. No other communication was received from them, at all. "Quick shipping" took 6+ weeks to receive, and only after I called... twice. Mounting bracket received did not work with diffuser and did not fit the duct. So a mounting bracket that didn't work with either of the 2 things it was meant to attach. When I contacted P.S. they never apologized, and never offered to rectify the problem. In fact their only reply was "the items are non refundable and non returnable". When they "finally" agreed to process a return, the instructions made it clear that they would (in the end) claim the directions were not followed and "not be able to process a refund". And again they never offered to try to get me a bracket that would work. But were certainly on board with keeping my money. As a rating I would give a deserved "0" across the board.

Had an issue with an expensive toilet being shipped and being damaged during shipment. Once I found out, I notified Plumbersstock and heard back from Franz the next day saying that they were shipping out a replacement which was set to arrive quickly and not cause any further project delays. Much appreciated!

I ordered a toto toilet and it arrived with the box intact and the toilet completely shattered. The company refused to replace the product and blocked access to my account on its website.

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY. No communication, sent damaged items and pretty much would not respond to me for my complaints. I was overcharged for merchandise not received. Will NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AS I DO NOT THINK THEY ARE A REAL COMPANY.

Awesome product at a great price. Just took a little long to get here. Ordered Nov 23, received Dec 21 I will order from Plumbers Stock again.

Jake was excellent at helping resolve my issues. I ordered at part at 1 PM. The order stated that the item would ship in 5-7 days, meaning that at 75 yrs old and with having one lung recently removed, still living with another tumor, I may be w/o heat for that long. A friend contacted a heating specialist that was able to help out. by 7:45 I called to cancel the order. The next morning I received an email stating the item already shipped and could not be canceled. Plumbers Stock website stated they did not bill you until the product shipped. My account was debited within hours of the time I ordered the item. That afternoon within 24 hours of placing the order, based on advice from Jake I refused the UPS delivery, did not have to pay return shipping, never received the item and assume a 100% refund will be sent. I appreciate Jake for his assistance to resolve my issues. Living on a fixed income, not being in good health it was comforting that Jake, representing Plumbers Supply was so accommodating. I will be sure to use and recommend Plumbers Supply to my family and friends. A big thanks to you Jake.
