United States | 03 June 2022I had ordered a solenoid for a Delta touch kitchen faucet, but the availability was undetermined because of the back order status. Plumbers Stock did a good job keeping informed about the problem and when I decided to solve the problem by simply disconnecting the solenoid whereby I didn't need the new solenoid, Plumbers Stock quickly implemented a cancellation of my order so I would not automatically received the new solenoid if and when it ever became available...a good experience.

United States | 03 June 2022Plumber stock is a horrible company. They do not care about their customers and certainly do not admit fault even when is 100% obvious they made a mistake. They will not help you return the item for a full refund and they give you a hard time about it- even if the product is defective. Plus they do not reply in a speedy manner. It will take weeks to get your issues resolved. Customer service is awful.
