I only gave 1 star as I had too. I ordered a pair of slippers that I didn't receive. I informed shoezone and they advised delivered and a picture on the floor next to my bin on open drive. They have advised due to secure deliver(which was not) they were not sending another out or refunding me. It's disgusting customer service and advise that will not order agsin. No help whatsoever. So had to re buy , eleswhere obviously and now cost me 40.00 got a pair of slippers. Do not order!

Ordered 2 pairs of boots, buy one get one free. Quality and value was excellent. Ordered in shop and was guided by an excellent sales assistant. Items delivered free next day and packaged well. Will definitely be shopping at Shoezone again.

Had on online order to return, went Halifax branch. The staff were incredible helpful. They were not only helpful but were friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Defo recommend. The boots are good too and great prices!

The shop didn't have the shoes in my size. The assistant went above and beyond. Checked stock and then online. We ordered the shoes about 2pm and they were on delivered before 1pm the next day Excellent service from Elizabeth in the Reading store, although all staff is were very helpful.

Ordered a Relife branded pair of shoes similar to previous pair I bought years ago from Pavers. The shoes had a £5 discount and so were very affordable at £35. They arrived very quickly the next day I think. Very satisfied with the shoes and the service. Thanks shoezone

Shoe display allows you to see what shoes are stocked and also the sizes available. I needed 2 pairs of the same shoe and as only one was in stock the cashier ordered me the pair I needed for free next day delivery. Always shop at shoezone.
