I'm rating this purchase with 4 stars although it could be 5 stars, I ordered 4 pairs of shoes using the BOGOF deal and got free next day delivery which was excellent, however, I seemed to order the wrong sizes (No Fault Of Seller) the only issue I have is that there isn't any stores near me to return them any more, and none of the shoes fit properly, I shall reorder them and hopefully all will be good as the quality seemed to be good.

I ordered a pair of Ladies wellingtons size 4 and I was sent a pair of shoes size 7. These wellingtons cannot be ordered again as they have no more in stock. Very disappointing.

Their prices are good and the items good value, but be very careful of the offers. They make it super easy to get caught out I think. I clicked on Buy One Get One Free for a pair of slippers, not available in my size so changed colour to available one. Ordered two pairs, expecting four pairs to arrive. When only 2 arrives I tried to call customer services. While on a 15 minute wait, went back to the site to ensure the BOGOF logo was on the slippers to see it wasn't. The BOGOF was for one slipper, ONE COLOUR, only, and as soon as you changed to another colour the BOGOFF logo disappears. Happy with slippers, happy with 2 pairs, but feel cheated by their marketing "cleverness". Would prefer more honesty on a site like this.
