The form filling on line was a little longwinded and repitious but we got there eventually. The equipment is now in use and we shall see how things develop

Cathy even went to the trouble of checking in some days after delivery to just see everything was going ok. Josh (spelling its a dutch name) was even kind enough to give me a home remedy for a cough i had developed due to the strain i was under. Both deserve recognition and so far your company has been kind efficient and supportive. We have yet to use the equipment as mum as not decided to go home after her husband passing. I am sure if the equipment is on the same level as your customer service, that i have experienced, then there will no issues.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2025Careline despatched a replacement call unit to my brother. He wasn’t able to install this on his own and that is why my sister and I oversee his care needs. It was simplicity itself to connect the new unit but it required the assistance of the Careline team to give some advice and of course to carry out the the test procedure. All this was accomplished professionally and we were pleased and impressed with the service. The only shadow about this was when we initially tried to make contact and obtain advice about disconnecting the old machine and connecting the new machine it did take a quite a few minutes waiting for a reply. I take it from previous calls that there are times when the lines are very busy so I suppose this may have been the reason for the wait. This was at about 1415- 1430. Otherwise all good.

Firs time I was asleep, did not know where the noise was coming from, so I received a phone call. Second time I was able to answer the call from the pendant. it takes a bit of time to get used to it

Spoke to Carrie she was extremely helpful and explained everything clearly and answered my questions. The alarm arrived very quickly with clear instructions for set up. Simple to set up and alarm test call answered very quickly. All staff I spoke to were great. I would definitely recommend this company they are first class.
