United Kingdom | 06 January 2025Everything was straight forward. Carry was helpful on the phone. Installation and testing was easy, you just need a router. We did ask for a lanyard version. A watch strap was attached to the emergency fob. I had to swap to the lanyard which was a bit fiddly. The lanyard is of a cord type and could do with being of a material type as my mother says the cord is uncomfortable

Explaining clearly what the charges were and what we could expect from the service. We placed an order and the parcel arrived on the 2nd of January as we had phoned on the 31st December. Very prompt. United Kingdom | 05 January 2025Very happy so far with the Personal Alarm but the registration of details in the New Customer Form doesn't work! I've made 3 attempts to do it, the first 2 were saved but when I returned to the form the information had vanished. I finished the 3rd attempt and it said it was complete but that has also disappeared. I am now going to try filling out a paper version and will send it in.

Unfortunately the M&S voucher did not arrive as stated with the order, but a quick call rectified this and one was sent the same day. Alarm was used by my dad after having it for two days! Money well spent.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2025Waiting for over 11and a half minutes to answer my call. 3rd January 11.47am. Received equipment much later than expected reason given they were out of stock. Monies taken £332.99 on the 19th December. Completed online form received a confirmation will contact in 24 hours to help check alarm etc. Nothing heard from them. Not the sort of response I expected from an emergency type of company.

United Kingdom | 03 January 2025The system just didn't work. We tried two alarms and neither would work. We followed all of the help from the help desks and was told the GPS would only work when you are outside a building - so pretty points most of the time. I was also told my mum's building (built in 1970s) was too old for it to work internally with GPS! Customer service took forever to answer and getting through to someone who could then help and not just answering the phones was over a week. Very disappointed when dealing with such an important product and people's health.

I'm about to return to Ireland and he'll be alone for long stretches of the day. I now have confidence that he will be monitored and able to call for help if anything happens.
