And by the way, the advisors at BCH are out of this world with brilliant customer Service. We were with another provider and the service was not good. It takes ages for them to get back to us. Follow-up calls and issues are not their strong point. I am looking to recommend CARELINE 365 to people. One great experience was a very good customer service by Drew. He sorted out my mother's order explained how it works and sent emails. He was on it, and I mean on. very good service. Careline 365 is the one-stop shop for all the care needs anyone would want. which I am looking forward to installing my mother's care equipment.

Carrie was excellent in her guidance /instruction As was Jacob who continued with the guidance. However, later in the day I tried 3 separate phone numbers and waited 20mins plus before someone answered - not good.
