Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly. We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way. Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

I ordered by phone as we needed an additional pendant. I spoke with Jos who was friendly, professional and efficient. He explained everything very clearly. Despite it being a weekend the devices were delivered the following day, which was better than expected!

The service when my mum falls, has been very good. The problem came when the base unit randomly lost the signal, which would have been a problem if my mum needed to call. I rang Caroline, expecting an exchange unit to be dispatched, but was told another department would ring me. I waited and waited, before contacting them again. Someone tried to call your mobile, but didn't get through, so they appeared to give up. Another email, someone called your landline but no one answered, I have an answerphone but no message was left. Finally after contacting the company again, I was given the direct phone number of the department I needed. I had to ring this number and now have a new unit. It has taken at least 2 weeks ( I know we have had Christmas) to resolve the problem which is worrying that my mum might not be able to get the help she needs. I would give the call service 5 stars, but the back up 1 or 2, hence the 3 stars. Needs improvement.

Information from company is clear and those on the line always well informed and helpful. I got an alarm for my elderly mother after some falls. The previous alarm was used on a few occasions and the system worked, getting her help and informing me. We have now upgraded to a digital alarm to 'future proof' the landline phone being phased out. This was also handled quickly and my questions answered promptly.

Following a recommendation from a friend I spoke to Jeanette who was great. She explained the different options and answered all my questions so that I could make an informed choice on the best set up for my mum. Thanks Jeanette, great service! The parcel arrived the next day and was very simple to set up and test. When we pressed the button a clear voice came over the speaker in seconds. I’m confident that if mum needs to hit the button in and emergency she’ll get the help she needs. My only criticism is having set up all mums contacts etc I can’t see anywhere on the website where I can log in to change that should the need arise in future. I’m messaged Careline so hope to have that clarified shortly.

Matilda was very helpful giving initial advice which meant we went ahead and ordered an SOS button. Since signing up with Careline, we received the button on the day indicated and setting it up was easy. Mum has tested the button and each time it was answered quickly and efficiently.

Jos was very informative and answered all my questions. Was patient with me and repeated the answer if I did not understand No hard sell. Was passionate about the product and enjoyed his job and it came through. I also spoke with a lady at 12.15 today who was superb. Again loved her job and believed 100% in product Very efficient

Everyone I spoke to while setting up were friendly and efficient. The only negative was the product itself. This was a replacement box. The previous one was dodgy a month before when first installed an was dead on the monthly test. The replacement, was perfect from the start. However I replace all old for new except the fir new wrist band which was faulty. Maybe quality control systems need reviewing

On how I got fed up being transferred all the time, I wasn't getting anywhere,then later on that day I had a call back from Wayne I think that was the gentleman's name, he apologised for what had happened, we got on extremely well together,that is why u made the purchase, it's now arrived at my home 🏡 safety, thank you once again, wishing you a very Happy New Year, Regards Hazel
