I spoke to the sales team who were patient and helpful, not pushy or pressurising. I ordered and got my GPS device the next day. I phoned the technical team who were knowledgable and friendly. The device is amazing, so much in such a small device. Living on my own this gives me peace of mind. The literature is clear and useful. I show everyone I meet about my alarm because I am so pleased with it.

Team on the phone very helpful but some advisors are hard to hear through the base unit as lots of background noise. Mum and dad are hard of hearing as I’m sure many of your customers are. Can you make sure that background noise is kept to a minimum so that people can hear you clearly.
