Twice I've accidently activated wrist alarm, connection was within a few seconds with very friendly operators who reset call when I apologised for accidental calls. All in all I am very pleased with the service

United Kingdom | 22 December 2024Unfortunately, my dad wasn't keen on the product we bought for him, mainly because he'd been disturbed on several occasions over several nights due to the over sensitivity of the system. It put him off. Returning the product was straightforward. However, I do have a problem with the company charging and subsequently retaining the astronmical "set up" fee of £45. As it was myself that set my dad's system up....I fail to see how they have the cheek to charge it and keep it! Very disappointing.

United Kingdom | 21 December 2024I have had a Careline365 box for about 6 months now and it has given me the confidence to continue staying in my current house. I have 2 pendants - a wrist type and one on a lanyard. I wear one at all times, with the second in the bathroom, which I think is the highest risk place for me. I have tested the pendants regularly as well as false alarms when I knock or catch it on something. Each time there has been a quick response, with one of the Careline team calling me on the box to confirm that I am OK. The communication is always clear and everyone on the Careline team is very friendly and efficient.
