As an 87 year old man living alone and having just come out of hospital following hip repair surgery, I invested in a Careline unit for my family's peace of mind and mine. At the company's request, I carried out a test yesterday and was very pleased with the clarity of the device and the result. I am satisfied that I have made a very sensible purchase.

Unfortunately the equipment wasn't suitable for my needs. I explained my reasons and Careline were really helpful in handling the return. They arranged a free collection and it couldn't have been smoother. I would recommend them without hesitation. I should add that is is important to ensure the equipment is suitable for your needs. In my case it wasn't as the 'fall detector' would have been too sensitive for my needs.

Helpful friendly team, spoke to Jeanette and Samuel initially to set up alarm and account for my mum, had no problems at all. When setting up the box and pendant I also spoke to other members of staff all very helpful and efficient!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, patient and calm. She explained everything really clearly and made me feel reassured, which is particularly important as I am a Detective Inspector.

It was necessary to switch from my previous supplier as the copper wire system had been replaced by a digital system. I received a clear explanation and trouble-free conversion. The new kit arrived, as promised, the following day.

Waited 25 minutes for someone to answer my call became tired of waiting and hung! If this is an example of their care line service it worries me that they will be there in an emergency?
