I then spoke to Samuel to order my alarm and he was very helpful and also patient when I asked questions. My alarm system arrived the next day which was very impressive. I also ordered a key safe but decided to change it for a police approved one. This was very easy and done without any problem. So far my experience with Careline 365 has been very good.

United Kingdom | 03 February 2025I tried setting up the alarm and tried calling customer service four times and sent three emails First phone call was waiting to speak to someone 45 minutes Second phone call was waiting 30 minutes Third phone call was waiting about 35 minutes Forth phone call was waiting 30 minutes I gave up waiting On the fifth cal I got through after about 20 minutes This is really poor service - not happy

Ireland | 02 February 2025I arranged the alarm for my mum. I spoke to James who was very kind and gave us all the information we needed. He sounded very caring and mum felt at ease straight away. When I set up the alarm we spoke to Cam. He also was very kind and caring and assured mum not to worry if the alarm went off by accident which is something she would worry about. Fabulous service but I hope we never need to use it for a fall!
