Jos was very helpful and explained how the system worked, the costs and the additional benefit of a key safe which has now been installed. Unfortunately I have hit problems today because of the siting of my WiFi but hope to get that sorted as the careline caller couldn’t hear me answering from downstairs. I hope to get these teething problems sorted out today if possible.

I recently called customer services as I had a few questions before I renewed my mothers package and to ensure I still had the one that was most suitable for her needs. Initially I spoke to Samuel who was extremely friendly, informative and resolved my query with professionalism. Once I got home from work I had thought of some more questions I needed answering and spoke to Sue who I placed on the mastermind chair, Sue was so lovely, friendly, patient and knowledgeable I now have a complete understanding of the various packages. My mum has been with careline for one year and everyone I have spoke to from the first responders to the careline team have always been extremely helpful. Although my mum has not had an emergency situation as yet, I have full confidence and secure in the knowledge that she is in safe hands and no longer alone. My 91 year old mother has had a Careline365 alarm for over a year. I cannot praise these people enough from day one from the initial set up process. They are extremely efficient and very friendly, kind and considerate. I live 50 minutes away from Mum, so Careline gives me the confidence that she can continue to live an independent and safe life. There have only been two occasions when it has been needed but on those two occasions it was worth every penny we spent on it.
