MIL left with pendant and we can now feel more comfortable leaving her alone for a few hours so we can all recharge (this is while palliative/hospice care is being sorted)

United Kingdom | 29 April 2024Well while having 365 box I had no problem only thing was not explained about the surprise of having £245 taken from my a/c without notice but when I took out this item from yourselves from memory it was around £180/200 then there was and added price then when renewal comes you charge the full price as if you started I think this is a bit much to keep customers alright the extra for permanent connection I can understand but to charge the full price every is in my view is not being fare to your customers many thanks Paul

United Kingdom | 27 April 2024Great product great service. Through my own fault, I ordered my SOS alarm twice by mistake. I immediately called their help line and Debbie (?) saw the error and corrected it. She issued a refund on the one order and I received confirmation but over a day later. If there is any criticism, it would be the length of time it will take for the refund to appear back in my account. Took seconds to leave my account but I'm told it could take up to 10 days to be returned to me. With the modern day BACS system, it shouldn't take that long. 2-3 days at max. Other than that, well happy. 😁

United Kingdom | 26 April 2024My father has become increasingly unsteady on his feet, and has had 4 falls, luckily not hurt and with people in the house or able to get to a phone. I ordered this system for protection for him. It came as promised, next working day. Installation There were good instructions, however, it did take me a few minutes to work out what I needed to do. Once I understood, the set up took about 2 minutes. Testing again took about 3 minutes. Calls were answered promptly and the agent knew who had called each time. Very pleased with the results.

United Kingdom | 24 April 2024I’m 84 years old and like walking on Exmoor. Having had the pendant for 12 months it reassures me that if I have a problem there is help on hand. Thankfully I haven’t had to press the alarm for an emergency. Unfortunately from time to time I have accidentally pressed the alarm. The call centre are quick to answer and are courteous, understanding and very helpful. I would recommend Careline 365.The annual subscription may seem a lot of money but it works out to be less than the cost of 2 coffees a week,but it’s well worth it to get peace of mind
