So in love, my sister found this shower head and of course I said we must get it. Arrived quickly and we hurried to install and we are in love. The water is so soft we all have better hair and skin from it. When we run bath water we run it from the shower head. We are renting a house so this great for us. The water pressure is great even better with this shower head. This is a must, you will love it. I am waiting for them to announce they have one for my kitchen faucet!!

I first came across these similar shower filters at a spa in Vegas and have been looking for them for some time. I purchased two for myself and my daughter. I noticed right away how much softer my hair was. When my son moved into his new condo recently I purchased a third shower head for him! I highly recommend this product!

Been here for a week! Water with this shower head is different, a good different compared to what was used before. Good on the skin for sure, and my hair feels good as well after taking a shower too 🤗! No kidding! My brother-in-law who came by the other day, described it as like being in the rainforest like others have mentioned haha. My sister loves it as well as she was not expecting what it was going to be like. They are getting some of these for their home too. I ordered another one for the other bathroom🤗❤️. So far it is good! No complaints 😁. Love it so much to the point that whenever I take a shower, I don’t want to leave out of it. Wish we had it years before, but, glad it is here now!!!

Best purchase EVER! Seriously! I don't buy things off of facebook, but I made an exception, and boy am I glad. I absolutely love this shower head! The water comes out super soft feeling, but with high pressure, so you feel like you're getting a massage. My hair is healthier as well. My only negative was that it didn't come with any installation instructions so we had to wing it, but it wasn't that hard.

This is a total scam!!!!!! I never ever purchased anything yet. I had put my information in for the purchase and next thing I know, I have like 4 or 5 emails saying that they are preparing my order and they are packing my order. Then a couple days later my bank account was charged for $129.97 and another charge for $19.90. I tried calling their number and every time no one is available to talk. They want you to leave a voicemail. I want my damn money back!!! Update: they called me back and said they would give me a refund as long as I updated my review to say that they are not scammers. I got a confirmation email about the refund but nothing has been credited back to my bank yet.

I can take it apart and clean it and it makes my skin soft.

I was just flat out amazed at what your showerhead was able to do for my water pressure and I have definitely noticed the difference in my hair and skin from the minerals. I would whole heartily recommend this product to anyone! Still amazed, Lisa G

I didn’t know a shower head could be life changing, but it is! After switching to ECOWATER our skin and hair has been dramatically different. We have harsh city water and we no longer worry when taking a shower! Great product!

Buyer Beware... Please Stay Away from this Company! All the negative reviews are true. I too just went through a bad experience. Ordered the shower head with accessories and extra stones on 03/02/21. Its now 03/30th and I am still waiting for everything I ordered. I emailed them directly and I messaged them on FB messenger as well. They responded and actually refunded me my $12 that I paid for for priority shipping and explained the reason for the delay was because they were behind on the accessories and were waiting for those to complete my order. All excuses! I emailed them again yesterday and kindly asked for a full refund since I was charged and never received the product and do not know how long it will be before I receive the things I ordered. They just gave me another excuse and apologized for the inconvenience but it looks like my package was already processed and stuck at the facility waiting for address verification. Such lies! I told them I believed this was a Scam and wrote a comment on their FB page and was immediately blocked.. and Also cannot send them any more FB messages.. Its obvious they are blocking all negative comments and are scamming people out of their money. Also, all my emails are now going unanswered.. They owe me $92 that they STOLE from me. Total SCAM. ** UPDATE** So.. ironically I get an email this morning saying they are sorry for the "inconvenience" this has caused, but it looks like the product you ordered is now in your COUNTRY.. LOL.. what? I live in the US. It had a tracking number from USPS so I could track its history and it shipped out of SantaBarbara CA. so not sure what that email was all about. Will be interesting to see what I receive in the mail now. IF its legit or breaks in 5 mins of using it. **

Well I agree with last review. I ordered on March 6, 2021. Got all kinds of emails saying 'thank you for your order', 'Your order is being prepared', 'your order is being shipped'......have been waiting since then to receive my shower head with refills. they were quick to charge my card! all links in emails received are invalid. I will contact my credit card to get my refund also. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

**Update #2**: This is in response to the review response they left below. Everything I wrote is true, and I have proof. They have also now illegally shared my personal information to sites and other scam companies who tried to contact me regularly until I blocked them too. Do not give them any of your information people. Also there response below is completely false. I have not received anything whatsoever, and there still isn't even a tracking number. And they have promised me a refund which I have yet to receive, and as I said below, they blackmailed me because they would only refund me if I removed this review (thus the tactics I mentioned to cheat there reviews) . I have proof of all this through emails and the Facebook messenger convo. I have been able to locate the company IP too and it's in China, not LA so scam confirmed. Please Google "review farms", this is likely what they use as well. For there usual claim of "other brands", they say that literally in every response to every negative review and it is not at all the case. I proved it in my previous posts below, it's all there official contact information from there official site. As for there claim of responding to emails in 24 hours, again this is literally the response they write to everyone yet I have written proof from the Facebook messenger convo of them admiting that customer emails responses go to spam, and email proof of zero response to there official email address for weeks and weeks (see post below). Here is there Facebook messenger responses that show what they really are like: "Lol we can cancel the refund." "You think you can troll an 8 figures business? You had an unfortunate situation where you email went to the spam folder as our team have sent you with a proof. You know no business can stand more than a month if they don't fulfill orders and chargeback percentage goes above 1% you're finished." "You must have had a bad day. Sorry to hear that buddy. I hope you get well soon" "And we really apologize we did not receive your message because it went to Spam" "Our team’s response is that if you remove your review they will ship you the product for free and provide a full refund." "Upon checking your order status, it shows that your package is stuck at our facility for address verification. Can you please confirm if this is your correct address for us to avoid mistakes?" (all there responses above disprove what they claim in there review response). Also, there customer service number goes straight to voicemail for 5 days in a row now. I flagged everything to Facebook and Instagram, and my bank who all have open investigations on them. They will be unable to use them soon. This is a scam company. KEEP AWAY FROM THEM. **Update 1: I was able to reach them by Facebook private messages. It took 3 hours of back and forth to get a refund but only if I removed this review (which I did and am now adding back). This company is using fraud tactics to keep there reviews high. They also told me that a negative review does nothing to them (that's how arrogant and unprofessional these people are). I'm betting a lot of these positive reviews are fake, paid for and/or bots. There phone line has been down all day too (straight to voicemail). And they admitted that there email responses we send them as customers are marked as Spam which is why they don't always respond. There must be hundreds of clients like me if this company is this impossible to reach. And to clarify, I emailed them from my personal Gmail account and the email was a direct response to there email they sent me, confirming the order. How they are marking it as Spam shows that there email system is broken or badly set up. They have no idea what they're doing. Avoid this company at all costs.** Oringinal review: I ordered mine March 7th, got an email saying they are working on the order that day and they charged my credit card. There site says it takes 3-5 business days to deliver to Canada where I live. I emailed them at support @nortexshop. com (had to add spaces to post it here) on March 19th and have had absolutely no response. It's now March 27th. I called them at +1-833-924-0099 and it just immediately goes to voicemail. My order, the contract email I have been emailing and the phone number for there customer service I have been calling are all from there main site https://. ecowaterspa. com/. (had to add spaces to post it here) I note that because I see that this company's default response is that it's not them, it was probably the customers fault for using a replica site and not there real product. This is note the case, it's 100% the right and real company. These guys are just extremely unprofessional and must use fake reviews. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and to Facebook/ Instagram Ads to get there account revoked.

I must say that I absolutely love my morning shower I am 70 years old disabled and on Dialysis’s and I absolutely look forward to every day getting in my shower with my shower envy I have 2 I have one in the guest bathroom so that my guests can have that wonderful experience and one in mine and I will not use anything else thank you shower envy ❤️❤️

I recently received our shower head and I can feel the difference on our skin as well as our hair. The water pressure was AMAZING!! makes the water feel so soft and the different settings are an added bonus. I would also recommend it to anyone seeking cleaner water without the nasty chemicals. Totally happy with the this product! The water pressure is amazing! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks and I believe I’m seeing less hair loss! I’m using less shampoo and conditioner! I’d but this product again!!

I bought one and from the first use I could tell a difference. My hair is shiny and healthy looking. I use a ton LESS lotion than I did a month ago. My shower stall is so much easier to clean. In case you still wonder what my impression of this is. I LOVE IT.
