I enjoyed the first few showers but the hose is so cheaply made, the inside tube burst a bubble and the spiral aluminum outside unraveled. I was told to send a video of problem and paid 14.95 for shipping for replacement. I used new hose 1 time and it too burst. Too bad. I liked the shower. I can send it back with a video in email and avoid the 14.95, but will a third one work?

Had reservations upon arrival. Damaged packaging was forgivable. Very little instruction included (luckily I have enough experience to change a shower head, I've done this many times with no issue) but more suspiciously, a very weak document trail in both the emails about my purchase (no confirmation number, tracking info, etc) and what came with the box. Still felt I could give it a shot. The pod cylinder (female connector, made of plastic) connects to the shower head (male connector, metal/chrome). Major red flag- I should have stopped then... hot water + heat conduction + plastic are middle school or lower science for trouble folks. I had hoped the rubber gasket separating the pods from the shower head may mitigate this concern, but once fully assembled, it was observably clear the metal and plastic were making direct contact. I used it for about 4 weeks and lo and behold, the last shower I attempted, the plastic connection split/cracked and snapped off in one spot, causing the unit to fire the pods and actual shower head into the air, creating a watery mess in my bathroom while I scrambled to turn my water off, and shield any of the pods from entering my drainage... because who knows what those are going to do to my pipes? I've tried contact customer support and their email is set to automatically bounce due to denying my address. This must be deliberate, as I was merely responding to a chain from the support team re: purchase complete, order shipped, etc. There should be no reason my email is on an auto denial protocol setting. The site for ShowerEnvy should have been good enough to turn me away from this purchase, admittedly it was an impulse buy. It is all positive reviews, little pop-ups saying "(usually Frank from Xyz place) just bought this product 15 minutes ago!" I tried to email another service address associated with the company and that hasn't bounced/been denied yet but I figure why wait to call a spade a spade. Look at other reviews, you will find the return/exchange/refund practices actively discourage you to even bother and may incur an up to 45% loss for restocking fees on what is fundamentally a poorly designed product. Oh and the built in stop button on the assembly - are they begging for people to back up their pipes and damage their water systems? I never touched it and wouldnt recommend someone who has used this product to do so, ever.

This shower head is actually amazing! I just got mine in today and I love it. The water pressure is out of this world.. I'm super happy I bought it and I highly recommend it

I purchased the ShowerEnvy Spa by Ecowater. I figured it would be just another shower head, but I was willing to give it a try. I was truly amazed at the volume of water coming out of the shower head, yet it felt soft on your skin. My hair felt wonderful afterward, too. I would highly recommend this shower head.

Most amazing experience ever!! No joke!!! I live in AZ with hard water and my skin always smelled of chlorine!! I showered for the first time today with the new shower head and feel brand new and my skin is actually hydrated!! I really love this product I wasnt sure at first but hey never know till u try and boy am I happy I did. Everyone should have one in their home!!

I bought 4 for my family. I love it! Both my husband and I can feel the difference on our skin as well as our hair. The only problem with mine. The shower sprays everywhere when its on the spray setting, thus the 3 rating. I love it so much I just leave it on the other settings. Works just as well and feels wonderful!

1 week and what a difference! I have big, thick, curly hair and was losing so much before in the shower and while combing. Today I had very little breakage after shampoo or while combing when dry. I am super happy! Also my skin is not so dry and irritated! 1 week and seeing the difference this has made!

My husband bought this for us at Christmas time..we have very hard water where we live..this ShowerEnvy is the Best...my hair since this purchase is Wonderful soft and so manageable..We love this !!

Love this shower head, awesome pressure, skin feels soft after, not as dry! Only negative is I wish it had a rotating holder. Some of us are tall, others not so much. And don't always want to hold, especially washing hair. I've worked it out for now! Would definitely recommend!

We installed the new shower head in our master bathroom. It has a very strong flow that does take some getting used to. I love it though and feel really clean after using it. I also like the button to temporarily turn off the water during your shower. I use this while shaving to help conserve hot water. I would recommend trying this product. I've certainly enjoyed mine!

Have had 3 showers with it and water is softer yet plenty of pressure. I like all 3 settings especially the jet which is forceful but due to the small holes and droplets it's soft. Good quality and a good price. I got an extra packet of the ceramic balls

Great product. I love the water pressure in 3 different modes. It sure safe water and I even though comes a lot of water it feels so soft on my skin. I do recommend this product. I am very happy with the purchase ☺️

Best shower ever! Very sceptical as anyone would be trying something new. After a few showers I have noticed straighter hair & smoother skin (I only shower 1 per day). High pressure water, yet soft on the skin. This was a purchase I would recommend to anyone seeking cleaner water without the nasty chemicals. However, having such an amazing product like this will cost you to replace the germanium filter beads every 6mnths. Ask yourself is it worth it? If you care about your health the answer is simple...YES!

Im in love with my shower head. The water pressure in my apartment sucked. I bought 2 other showerheads before this one. The water pressure now its amazing. Each setting massages your body. I will be looking forward to a bigger showerhead😁

This showerhead is truly amazing! I ordered one with refill balls for Christmas as a gift. The whole family loves it since then. You can feel the difference in your skin. After the first shower, my skin was much more smooth, silky and hydrated. My husband was amazed. Me too. Our son has eczema and his skin improved a lot since we started to use it a week ago. The customer team is also amazing and really helpful. I didn't receive my refill balls with the showerhead and they promptly answered my mail and resolved the problem, so today I've received the balls as well. I'm truly surprised because I had my doubts and I found it as an advertisement on Facebook. But now I'm absolutely happy that I decided to try it and the shower experience is just gorgeous.
