Installing this was actually kinda fun & easy. Everything lined up perfectly with my old shower setup. Didn't need to call my usual handyman for help.

I ordered this shower head almost 3 months ago. Still have not received it. Plus they charged my account twice for some monthly VIP crap that I did NOT authorize. I kindly asked for a refund to be made for the product I purchased but did not receive, and to be reimbursed for the charges they scammed me out of from my account. Terrible customer service. Nothing has been done.

The rainfall mode is so relaxing after a long day. Feels like standing in warm rain but with perfect pressure. Really helps me wind down before bed.

This holder is built to last, unlike the cheap plastic ones. Keeps the shower head firmly in place without any wobbling. Happy I spent extra on the premium version.

I completely agree with some of the consumers. I have three charges to my account for 37.78 that I did not authorized. Tried calling the customer service number online and on site but you are on hold for an extenuated amount of time then the line goes busy or no one takes your call. Not to mention the shower heads are defective, the water stream is lousy, there are sprays of water that go in different directions, and the stream changes from waterfall to pressure on its on. I will not make any sense call to complain because they will not answer the call for the fraudulent charges to my credit card. I will never buy from this company again. Should have went to Lowes and bought a shower filter personally. Thanks for nothing Shower Envy!

Still waiting on it,but only ordered 1 shower head but this scam company is billing me for 3 shower hoses. I tried to order just 1, website tried to charge me for 2 hoses. I called their number and was put on hold for 9 minutes then a woman from another country tried tosellnw the extra hose anyway,but finally agreed to bill me for just 1 hose,now today theysend me tracking for the hose but billed me for 3 hoses, what a scam!
