Installed to existing shower fixture fine, but it will not stay in the holder when water is on. It fell out and hit me below the eye once. I thought I mis-positioned it and tried again. Just after I switched the flow from rain to massage, it jumped out and hit me on the eyebrow. Same thing happened to my boyfriend. Can't return due to it is at 45 days from shipping. I called to remove VIP charges, which I did not order, and they never responded. Very bad product and customer service.

after approximately 1 year this shower head popped the cover. it now shoots water out in several directions. I have called the customer service number 3 times and left messages. the email is non existent. This product turned out to be very disappointing and not durable.

BEWARE and be careful that you don't make the mistake I did and purchase the Shower Envy VIP plan! It was offered for free for the first month and I had purchased replacement stones for my 2 shower heads. But they they started charging me a monthly fee of $37.78. The items offered for free were total Chinese made junk. I called their customer service several times, and could never speak to anyone. I sent an email requesting the VIP membership be cancelled and a refund of the 2 months they charged me for only to be offered another shower head. I refused and received a measly refund of $18.89! The replacement stones were only $29.90 for 2 sets, but somehow I was scammed out of an additional $95.51!! You can purchase these shower heads at Home Depot!!!

Finally found something that doesn’t make my eczema worse. The mineral filtration really helps with my sensitive skin issues. Haven’t had any bad flare-ups since installing this.

Really happy with how gentle the rainfall setting is for my little one. The filtered water doesn’t irritate his sensitive skin like our old shower did. He actually gets excited about bath time now.

I like the shower head, but I somehow ended up with a monthly membership that kept billing to my account. I don't remember signing up for it. If I did, I just clicked a box and it wasn't clear that it was for a paying membership ("VIP") and it wasn't clear what I even got for these services, once I was trying to figure it out. I didn't want it and saw it popping up later in my PayPal account after I ordered an extra hose, not the orignal order of the shower head. I wrote customer service asking to cancel and refund and never heard back. Now I see there are still charges, so I called and finally was able to cancel. They wouldn't issue me any more than a 50% refund on my last month's payment. The woman I spoke with was polite but said I checked the box so I was seen as a customer willing to pay. I really don't recall checking it, and I know if it had been more clear that it was a paying membership, I wouldn't have checked it. It's possible it was checked already, even, as the ordering process was confusing with lots of pop ups and various offers. I just don't feel they were being above-board and can't figure out how this happened, so it's frustrating. In any case, I'm glad I was able to finally cancel it, I just wish they made it clearer what this was and how I signed up for it.

I give them a 0 . They do not complete orders and will not respond when asked to have it taken care of . They also never answer the phone and when they do they pass you on to different site and expect you to take a picture of what you recieved . Basically call you a liar . They also tried to charge my account for something I didn’t order. I still have not received what I paid for or have been contacted for their mistake. I have the original receipts , they speak for them selves . This is a bogus , dishonest company . I just cannot believe the way this is going . I have never been treated so badly by any company !

Shower Envy operates under several different names including ecospashop.com and ecowaterspa.com they will rip you off after buying their products by not sending you the products you ordered unless you threaten them with legal action. Also they keep and use your card numbers months to charge you for items without your knowledge for items you never ordered!!! Beware they are scam artists!!!
