This company is a scam, the shower head itself has very low pressure. Any good review has to be purchased by them. I also paid for faster shipping and it took over 2 weeks for them to even send it to their shipping courier. I tried to return my shower head but they want to charge 35% restocking fee and a return shipping fee. They claim to have a 60 day money back guarantee but will not stand behind it.

I went on the website to check the product out. I entered my information without entering the CCV of my credit card. The first red flag, was that there is no opportunity to review your order, check shipping costs etc. The order just went through. The second red flag, is that as soon as the order was placed, I got an email requesting that I place a positive review on their social media site. This leads me to question the legitimacy of their positive reviews. How can I place a review without trying the product?). They explained this away by indicating it was a "technical issue with our automated delivery system and our team is working on that. Please ignore these emails". The third red flag is that on the website (I have a screen shot) it said "order in the next 15 minutes and get EXTRA BAG OF STONES FOR FREE". When I saw the order that was placed, the extra bag of stones was not included in the order. When I asked them about it, the response was, "Also, the offer for Free extra refills is automatically applied to all orders, and our system dictates which customer will get free refills. But don't worry, your satisfaction is important to us, I will be happy to inform our team to send you a free refill stone as soon as possible." The OFFER is applied to all orders. Their system dictates WHO WILL ACTUALLY GET THE OFFER. This is false advertising, which is the fourth red flag. The person sending this email is "Shanon Knight" but the cadence of the emails is clearly one of someone in which English is not the primary language. The next red flag, is that as soon as the order was placed, I received a flurry of emails trying to sell me more of their products. So far, 5 emails and it has been less than an hour since the order was placed. I have already contacted my bank, and I have twice now, requested the cancellation of my transaction by email. Since they claim to have a money back guarantee, this should not be a problem. (I have a screen shot of that guarantee as well, just in case). Avoid this company. I haven't even received the product, and I have already had a lot of trouble with them.

Firstly Nortex/Shower envy incorrectly charged me for four shower heads when I specifically ordered 1. Of course when I clicked it had in large letters the price of one shower head, then below in a smaller and blander font they had “ x 4” SO I didn’t realise I had been charged for four showered until I saw my credit card statement. When I tried to contact customer service they where extremely unhelpful and would not cancel the order saying the order was shipped. I got another email from the company the next day saying my order was delayed and would not be shipped for some time. When the order finally arrived it was 3 very poor quality shower heads with bits missing. When I tried to contact customer service my emails were bounced back. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them

I received the product today. By the way I ordered 3 heads and only received 4! My previous shower head is just something cheap from Home Depot. I have good water pressure in my home and a bought the ShowerEnvy because I want higher PSI shower. Sadly, the ShowerEnvy provides terrible water pressure. Much worse than my $20 head from Home Depot.

Have used the showerhead for about a year now and really have loved the water pressure but the hose’s durability leaves a lot to be desired It’s already sprung a major leak after only one year of use.

I absolutely LOVE this product. I feel so good after my showers. It has great pressure. I can set it to massage or just take a shower. This shower head is everything.

I absolutely love this shower head and so does my husband. Our water pressure is twice as strong now because the water comes out of every hole. My hair and skin feel a difference for the better as well. I have recommended this shower head to 4 friends and they all also love this product!!! As for customer service they are excellent I get a email back within 3/4 hours and they are always extremely helpful!!! Something else is fishy with the bad reviews…

Received Product - DOES NOT provide excellent water pressure as advertised. Used twice - dried it out completely and returned per company instructions. NO REFUND issued after they'd had it a month - that was January. Still NO REFUND - I had to pay to ship it back to them, I have no product OR MY MONEY BACK! RIPOFF - LIES and outright theft.

I’ve had my new shower head for about a week and I love it. The water pressure is much better and it makes my skin and hair soft. I no longer have itchy skin from hard water.

I just received my ShowerEnvy and I cannot ay enough about it. I already feel a huge difference in my hair and skin. Also, the water pressure in my carriage house is very low and this shower head has increased it immensely!! It used to take me double the time to rinse my hair but now... fantastic. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

Please don't buy this shower it's a ripoff. I never received my shower nor an invoice after my purchase. I had to called to see where was my shower. I've been waiting for more then a month. The company don't want to refund my credit card. Their excuse is that you don't give the right address but their system make mistake with some funny characters. This is their message to me: We apologize for the inconvenience, Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund if we will not receive the returned item back to us as it is was in our policy and it will be our loss. Also, our system shows that you have entered the wrong address. Also, the bank or anyone won’t do anything because they know every business has a policy to follow, some business sales are “Final” and no refunds are given, especially in times like these many errors happen. I wish I can change that but it's not in my hand. The banks will be on our side because they follow the business policies as well. My experience with ShowerEnvy by Ecowater has been nothing short of amazing! I saw the ad on FaceBook and when I posed a question, I received an almost immediate response - and not just a canned response, but from a real person. The unit, a shower head with filtering stones and a button that pauses the water flow. I have a similar unit from a different company, without the pause button, and after a few message exchanges, I decided to purchase the unit. I was pleased to be able to track the progress of the shipment, but I was really thrilled that my purchase arrived within about two weeks. The shower head unit was very easy to install. I have a hose that makes my shower head a hand-held device. I had been assured that if I had standard fittings, the unit would fit -- and it did. The unit has three settings, and the flow can be paused at any time -- a real boon in these drought stricken times. The unit will fit most standard showers, and if by chance it doesn't, they sell a hose and bracket. The germanium filter stones, accoding to the company, should last around 8,000 gallons, or a year of two showers a day. You can purchase refill stones from ShowerEnvy. Unlike too many fly-by-night FB companies, this company is for real and very responsive to their customers. These folks get a 5 star review from me!

We have had our shower head for a couple months - bought it because my husband broke our shower head that we paid 900 dollars for so I replace it with the one. It’s the BEST SHOWER HEAD WE HAVE Ever used !!

We ordered this when they first came out with it many years ago and immediately fell in Love, then as time moves on I began wondering about replacement of stones and One of the shower heads so I went looking for the original one again. Lucky me, I found it and ordered two new ones with plenty of back up. This is amazing and definitely changes what a real shower should feel like. Try It, you will have -0- regrets

Each time I communicated with Shower Envy, they promptly responded by email or instant chats. My mineral shower head and spare mineral replacement packs I ordered arrived pretty fast, in the same week I ordered them. The shower handle fit and screwed easily onto my existing shower hose and holder as a standard size item ought to. Happy about that. I had ordered a new hose and holder but ended up not needing that. I tried the mineral filter and shower head, so did my husband and both agree it is a niiiice shower spray with three shower settings very good, and an on/off button we like too. My hair felt softer, then I went away to a cottage that has well water, good well water though a little hard water, where my hair gets a little different from the well water but not really bad, then after, when I got home to my new mineral spa filter shower head again, I noticed a nice difference from this Shower Envy by Ecowater. I am glad I decided to purchase this since its a good difference compared to what I had before. Its fun to get a new thing. Its a small thing in life and great that the purchasing process went well. The shower spray pressure is better too. Treat yourself.

I Love the Shower Envy! I first bought it about 7 months ago, loved it very much but one day while taking a shower the inner robber hose burst. I took a video of the water gushing out of the middle of the hose, sent it into Suppert, and they sent me a new shower head and hose! Great customer service, Thank You team Shower Envy!

I tend to withhold reviews until enough time has past to develop a true opinion. Initially, I liked it. I noticed a difference in the quality of water. We have extremely hard water and it helped. However, I bought 2 and both broke at nearly exactly the year mark from install. Unfortunately this company only warranties the product for 1 year from ORDER DATE. Although they did replace 1 with an additional shipping charge, they would not replace the other only a few weeks later. The parts are VERY cheap plastic. IMO It is not worth the purchase price for this not-long-lasting product.
