Ordered several of the showerheads, bought extra beads and one showerhead holder. Took about 2 weeks to ship and almost $200 worth. Want to send back it's all cheap plastic and chrome plated plastic, even the hose is cheap. Can't seem to get an email through keeps failing, and the phone number I got off my credit card statement is always busy. Of course their wasn't any paperwork came with it in the package. I can't get in contact with this company. I'm very frustrated and feel like I've been duped. Should have checked it out b/4 I bought.

I spent all the extra money to get the accessories. The mount that comes with the shower head is made of cheap plastic. AND it's meant to be drilled into your wall. I rent my house and cannot drill into the tile. Even if I did, why? I've never see a shower like that. Why not have a built in bracket that holds itself to the pipe? Like literally every other shower head in the world. I bought 3 of these and they are useless. There's no contact number and they wont let you leave reviews. This company is a sham. DO NOT BUY.

The product was supposed to be delivered on the 3rd of April. As of the 22nd of April, we still haven't received anything. The only contact point we have is the phone number of a Chinese courier which goes to a Chinese voicemail automatically. Long story short, it's a SCAM, do not buy !

I love my eco water spa shower head. The one thing that was not corrected was that it was suppose to be stainless steel and it was chrome. As far as shipping I got it 4 days after I ordered it. The box was kinda crushed on the corners but product not damaged. As far as how it works, better than I expected. I have very low water pressure, but this really improved the water pressure. From my experience, I would recommend this product. I already did to my sister. Thank you Eco Water Company. P.S. The reason why I didn’t give a 5 star was because it wasn’t stainless steel as advertised.

scam never received my product they ignore and block when trying to find out where product is..bought on facebook and they blocked me on there so I cannot find out any info after 6 weeks... they go by nortex gadgets or eco water spa or green shower... buyer beware

So after ordering this 3 weeks ago, trying to cancel BEFORE it had shipped (realizing you are out of CHINA - not LA like your instagram says) THIS is what I received yesterday. Any attempts to contact have been ignored, and my comments have been deleted off Instagram. You don't seem to have a valid facebook page or Twitter - all VERY SHADY! I get a fragile item, sent in a BAG and damaged box! This experience has been ridiculous and unacceptable from start to finish! I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau! Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and the way they are clearly misleading customers on social media!!
