Smooth and soft showers, I just love the shower head!

Been using shower envy since Aug. Really like how light the water spray is, all 3 settings are good. I prefer the 2nd setting, water feels silky and soft. I have very dry skin, and it has helped, I don't feel itchiness as I did before. The special beads soften the water, and last for several months. I am very pleased with this product. Thank you.

I love my shower head from shower envy. My head use to itch all the time. It doesn't anymore. I did not change shampoo. My skin is nicer, and water pressure is great. I use to have very low water pressure. I recommend this product. You won't be disappointed.

Such an awesome product definitely recommend it I just started using it and this is without a doubt the best shower head have ever used.only adjustment I had to make was I have to turn the water a little bit hotter because of the way the spray works but other than that I would recommend this shower head to everyone throw away your old one and get a stone stream

I want to start off by saying this a genuine from the heart and not the pocket review. This has by far been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!!! I had a slight hiccup with my order and they were super helpful and quick to resolve immediately! Fast response, excellent communication, and LIGHTING SPEED shipping!!! Ok now to the product: I’M SO IN LOVE! Lightweight, easy install and amazing settings! My husband and I have different preferences: I like rainfall showers while he likes super soakers LOL so I’m happy this shower head comes with different features. We live in a state with hard water so this has been a tremendous help with our hair and skin...BABY SOFT! THANK YOU❣️❣️❣️

VERY HAPPY with Eco Water Technology’s shower head and filtering system! It came in a timely manner and I had no problems installing it myself (55yr young woman:) I noticed a wonderful difference once the beads/stones reached temperature. The jet from the head was lovely and very massaging. The three settings gave me some nice options. My hair was noticeably better afterwards too. Wonderful communication from the team and a grateful response afterwards. Don’t know why some people are giving such poor reviews hear...I’m suspicious they ARE FALSE NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS JUST TO HURT THIS COMPANY :/ HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH MINE!

I initially ordered one showerhead to try it out. I had been trying an oil-based product to help with hair loss but it did not work. The first time I used the new showerhead, the hair loss was half what it had been. After a month, I still saw a great improvement. My hair is actually showing body, less is falling out and my hair is growing back in areas that had thinned. I was so impressed that I ordered two more showerheads for our other bathrooms. My husband was suffering from hair thinning as well and after using this showerhead, he sees less hair loss and his hair is really looking nice and shiny and has more body. When I first put in my order, I got an email letting me know that production was a little behind. I was kept in the loop until my item was shipped which was very much appreciated. I will definitely keep this product around.

I received the shower head, hose & Germanium mineral stones, it works ok, not much different than my shower head. The problem is I’m very ANGRY at the cost of delivery from California to British Columbia. I’m ending up having to pay almost the same cost of the product so I’m actually paying double for such a small shower head. Be cautious when ordering as they use FedEx who charge exorbitant prices for delivery. M.H. West Kelowna, BC

I would give this company a -10 star if I have to but in order to make others beware of the co., I have to give it 1star to leave a review! I placed another with this co. for 4 showerheads, hoses, and mineral stone refill ($200). After a month of sending them many emails, the co. finally responded claiming that the warehouse didn't have my correct address. I asked the co. to cancel my order; but within a week, I got my order minus the mineral stone refill. They stuff the boxes to it's fullest with showerheads, mounting brackets, & hoses, but no mineral stone. I reached out to the co. again about the missing item and they wanted me to take pics of all that I rec'd. I sent them an email with pics asking for a refund for the mineral stone, they continue to ask me to double-check the package. What am I supposed to do when there's no mineral stone in the package to begin with??? The mineral stone cost $14.90 and I'm done wasting my time with this co.! Such a bad company! The BBB is investigating this company, so please DO NOT order from them!

I ordered 4 of these Echowaterspa shower heads bc of my hard mineralized water in Michigan,and l cannot believe the difference in my well water when I shower! It's Amazing.. My dry skin issues are gone,and when I rinse shampoo out of my hair,it really feels like it's squeaky clean now. I'm so happy I ordered these. They shipped to me quickly after I ordered too! I will be ordering more soon as a back up bc I don't want to run out.

Unfortunately I'm not sure if the Eco Shower Tech and this company are the same. The hand held shower head I order and received didn't have an invoice and didn't included the shower head bracket. I reach out the the company twice by E-mail and also on there on service customer service. No reply. The shower head look the same. I was fortunate that the shower head fit my old bracket or else I would very upset. But still waiting on a respond from the company. Eco Shower Tech. and if Ecowaterspa the same???

I love this shower head. Best purchase I've made in a long time. Was having issues with dry skin and hair loss. Now my skin is like a baby's and all the bald spots are growing baby hair plus the length is growing like crazy. I'm so excited. I love long hair and it just wouldn't grow. Very impressed

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can’t rate it lower. I ordered a shower head to try it out because we have hard water. In the craziness of my husband having emergency surgery I received it. It came in cracked and they wanted me to pay a 12.98 shipping fee. But unless I ordered something else it wouldn’t let me even choose that option. Anyone who believes in this company is a scam artist to! Finally I taped it together to see if it was possible and have not noticed any difference at all! All they want to do is make money off of you. I can make you a shower head if you want to blow your money. This is one of my biggest purchase regrets ever! Don’t waste your money with this you will be utterly disappointed! They have no customer service at all!!! They returned a couple of my emails but kept repeating the same thing and didn’t listen to what was happening when I did what they told me to. F them for scamming people like this. Karma is a b- - - -, and she comes back to you!

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from this company. I was unable to connect the hose holder to my ceramic tile, never used the shower head once and am only getting a 45% refund for the shower head ( they said that’s all they give if in bad condition! I never used it!) and 25% for the stones! Never even opened the bag! Plus 18.00 to ship it back! I am contacting the BBB.

This company is a Chinese SCAM. I paid over $118.17 foolishly buying their Ecowater SPA system. It's nothing but plastic garbage. I inspected it, put it back in a box to RETURN (it arrived in a flimsy paper envelope!) and I added bubble wrap to ensure it arrived to them safely. I sent it via USPS Priority Mail with tracking to their facility. They tell me that it arrived damaged and in BAD condition and accused me of USING it? I won't be getting my full refund back. They told me that they take 45% for restocking and administrative fees? Are you kidding me? BEWARE AND STAY FAR AWAY from this company. THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY.

10 weeks and still haven't received full order! They have no customer support! They have a phone number to contact for info, however it is just a recording! They swindled us out of $91.49! Absolutely do NOT purchase anything from these crooks!!!

I bought the eco water spa system. I couldn't use the hose or attachment so i emailed them to do a return. They said they were taken 25% of my refund for returning it. People always read the terms and conditions very careful! I waited 2 weeks. Emailed them and asked if the received it yet. They said yes. We are taken 45% off the refund its damaged. I didn't even use the items! It only cost 19.90 had to spend 8.40 to mail it back. And now they wanna rip me off. Guess who is contacting the Better Business bureau next! Be careful who you buy from.
