I wish I could do NO stars!! I ordered three plus extra beads. The three shower heads were in separate boxes wrapped up - all three - only in plastic. My sons said they didn’t need the ones I had planned to give them as they like the ones they have. It is actually a decent item BUT the spray is not very forceful. And I now read that the shower heads break easily and crack!! Since there was a return policy and I did not have anywhere to put two more up in a bathroom, I wrote the company in early 2023- as I’m still in the time frame if refund- to request sending back the two I needed to return. First, Shannon Knight, a customer NO service person, at Nortex and this product is called ShowerEnvy, replied to “offer” for me to keep them and they would refund 20%. I wrote back and said, no, I needed to return them. Next, 8 FEB 2023, I got another email from her saying I could keep them and they’d “give” me 40% back. I said no, I want to return two. Today 15 February I got another email telling me I have to send them back in the original packaging - there were 3 boxes wrapped in plastic and not in a shipping box - how can I ship them back in plastic wrap? AND they get to decide how much they will refund me or even decide not to refund me at all!!!!! As I saw their ad on FB I will contact FB to let them know. I’m also going to contact my credit card company and PayPal and let them know. In fact I’m going to send back the one I’m using because I’m so upset!! Beware of this company!!

Y’all I’ve had mine about a year or so and it just broke in the middle of trying to shower! The metal just split! Contacted support and they WILL NOT replace it! They KNOW it breaks after a certain period of time so they limit any replacements to 6 months to 1 yr and if you’re over that at all, you’re screwed!!! Don’t buy! It’s a waste of money. Never buying again. Spread the truth!

Best purchase ever!! Seriously what they say about the ShowerEnvy, is all true. Tried it for my first time today, oh my pressure, wait until u try it. My skin feels softer as well as my hair. 10 out 10 I can for sure say. They were so nice when I asked if I needed the hose and holder for it to work, they said no but we want to send u a free one! Site and offers do not make it clear that the handheld shower heads do not come with the hose or attachment. After you complete your ordering and payment information, you are taken to a page offering you those attachments. If you decline, your order automatically goes through anyway. I tried to cancel the order because I felt this was a bait and switch way to offer an upsell and increase the value of the order (to the seller), especially when the order goes through without a final review of it AFTER getting this information. Additionally, I was ordering for a location different than my credit card billing address, but there is no way to add a different shipping address. When I initially inquired about that before submitting the order (because I got a credit card zip code mismatch error message), they simply said to email them to change the shipping address, which is outrageous. Their shopping cart system should have allowed for that. Customer service was of absolutely no help. They evaded and avoided my request for cancellation of the order after it went through automatically when I filled in the correct billing address (despite the separate information page about the accessories and lack of order review before finalizing...). I finally had to contact my credit card company the next day to cancel the payment on the order because customer service was so nonresponsive. Product might be great, but somehow I doubt it with the rest of the ordering set up they have going.

Thank God they have reviews for products! After reading them there was NO WAY I was going to purchase...and their "canned" responses to negative reviews are all the same!!

So I ordered this shower head withb the buy one get one special. I paid for expedited shipping, still came 1.5 months later (no returned money on the shipping). Then less than 30 days of using the shower head it cracked at the thread. Id add photos but doesnt give me the option. They are on to something but the customer service side is super crappy. So buyers beware. Read their policies and understand you wont get a dime back.

You won’t regret getting this showerhead. The water in my city makes my skin so dry because of all the harsh chemicals. Showerenvy made a HUGE difference in the way my hair and skin looks and feels, not to mention creating a relaxing experience. 10/10 recommend. Everyone deserves to feel good!

I was skeptical at first but this showerhead proved me wrong! I’m amazed by the results on my skin and hair. My hairstylist have noticed the difference in my hair, it’s shinier and fuller. I finally can feel confident after showers and no longer need to apply lotions. It sounds too good to be true but trust me, I’m mind blown as well.

This is a scam. 1st when you order you think cost is 44.95 then on next page they want you to pay 19.90 for hose! My total cost was 68.95!! After. 32 days it finally came. (I sent no less than 10 emails asking status. Hooked it up sprayed it and found water pressure was no better than the waterpic I had in fact they were about the same. When I requested a return you would think I was asking for combination to Ft Knox!! It took me 5 emails to finally get an address and they wanted pictures prior to my sending it back. The culmination of all this was telling they would decide how much of a refund I would get based on their assessment of the returned shower head plus a handling fee of 15%. Please please don’t order from Nortex. You can get the same thing on Amazon for Less than half the cost. SCAM, RIPOFF, false advertising at its best!!

I placed my order and was supposed to give this to my mom as a Christmas gift. When I got notified that it was delivered and it in fact wasn't, I called customer service and have gotten nowhere. I just want a refund but customer service is very slow and poor quality. Yes, I purchased from SHOWER ENVY and not a replica. Edit**they do not stand behind the 100 percent satisfaction guarantee or full money back guarantee. This company is a scam. The customer service is as poor as it gets. Update to your response. This was a long time ago now I ordered this before Christmas. I only received a small amount refunded back because as I stated there is no 100 percent refund if unsatisfied.

I received my shipment, and though it didn't come with instructions, I had an issue figuring out why the water wouldn't come through the shower head. Well, I had the STOP button depressed! LOL Once I pushed it out, everything worked beautifully. And WOW what a wonderful experience with this shower head! I live in a very hard water area, and after this, my skin is baby soft and my hair is smooth and frizz-free! EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

I've had a terrible experience with shower envy. I keep getting their emails and I haven't received any shower head, tracking number or am email answering me back as to the status of my shipment. I'm Canadian, I'm beginning to think you do this purposely for those that don't purchase your insurance. Please, let me know where mine is, it's frustrating when you're looking forward to something an you can't even find out the status of your order. Do you use dhlecs? Update...I did receive my Shower Envy I was a little nervous since I didn't purchase the insurance. It was well worth the wait and I couldn't be more happy with this purchase. What a great investment, I would recommend this product to everyone that likes a spa like shower. Thank you!

I will never deal with this company again, I order 2 x Eco Shower Pro bundles was short supplied 1 x Shower Head & Hose, I let them know they asked for photos of what was delivered, Photos were sent and since then have had no response back emails have being sent. Will be taken this further absolute shocking Customer service.

I really didn't think that this kind of showerhead really exists. It has all the features you need. The filtering beads, an improved pressure, and the 3 different settings. Love it and recommend it!

My sister in law recommended this to me and I love it! it really surprising. I live where we have a lot of hard water and having this showerhead definitely makes it softer. The product works great. Immediatly made my hair and skin so much softer. On the downside It took a while even though I paid extra $12.00. Also I ordered two but only got one adapter. I asked about ordering an additional adapter but I got no response.
